I have only been recently introduced to "October Project" and Mary Fahl and I can only download "Ariel" on my mobile (cell) which I love....where was I when they first appeared on any scene? I just saw Mary again this year at One Longfellow Square in Portland Maine. What a wonderful voice. Her new album comes out next month, can't wait to get it.

Fantastic singer and voice she's one of my favs that for sure but I think Loreena McKennitt and Eva Cassidy IMO may be up there with her.

Norah Jones has a beautiful voice.
I don't get it. I don't like her voice at all. All that projecting from the back of her throat makes her sound mannish.
There's nothing "mannish" about her voice, whatever that means. She sings beautifully.
