Recipe ingredients:- Korma 👇🏻
Gosht 8kg ( mutton or beef)
Mutton (cooking time half an hour)
Beef (cooking time 1 &1/2 hour)
Onion 1kg (paste)
Onion 1/2 kg ( cut in to round slices )👇🏻 while frying onion put cloves 10 gm, 8 bay leaves, 15 to 20 green cardamom and Makhaney 50 gm fry golden in colour after that make a fine paste.
Garlic paste 150 gm
Ginger paste 250 gm
Yellow papper powder 75 gm
Red chilli powder 50 gm
Turmeric powder 100 gm
Coriyender powder 50 gm
Salt 120 gm or According your taste
Curd 1kg
Milk half litter
Makhaney 50 gm (fox nuts)
Watermelon seeds 100 gm (make a powder)
Coconut powder 100 gm
Kevda Essence 2 tsp
Oil 1 litter
2 kg dalda ghee
Gram Masala:-( 20 gm)👇🏻
4 Black cardamom
2 tbs cloves
2 tbs black papper
2 tbs cumin seeds
( make a powder)
20 bay leaves
Green cardamom powder 20 gm
Khushbueyn:-👇🏻
Jaeyfal medium 4(nutmeg)
3 tbs javitri
9 inch Dalchini (cinnamon stick)👉🏻 grind all khushbueyn and make a fine powder.
When Korma is ready sprinkle all garam Masala powder in it and cover for a while.
