In this video I show you how to repair the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. I replaced this screen along with the metal frame on the side. This part I used already comes with the screen glued into the frame and also comes with the screen protector already installed onto the screen perfectly. This repair took me around 45 minutes while filming and teaching with the camera. I generally tell customers this takes about an hour. That's plenty of time to get this repair completed.

The T-mobile store told me my only option was to buy a new phone (>$1000) even though my phone is less than 2 years old. I watched your video and did it myself. Parts cost me ~$350. phone is like new again. Thank you so much!
Currently the Galaxy S21 Ultra full display screen with metal frame is $236 from the supplier I use.

You clearly are wrong. You talking about the 5:05 mark? That's sticky adhesive "buddy" at the bottom of the wireless charging flex cable. You can peel it off away from the loudspeaker plastic piece. There wasn't any ripping of anything going on. Your good buddy👍 . .

I had trouble getting anything in to pry the battery. I used a suction cup and it worked great
Pls gimme a link to buy that proper triwing screw driver for replacing those reception atenas. Got replaced with international version panel so no network pls help
Where do you buy the pieces for the phones you repair?
Does this wioe the harddrive and all the apps the customer had on it.
So I'm curious, since the people who asked months ago when the video was posted didn't get answers.... where do you get your parts? Finding a trustworthy place to purchase replacement parts seems a big difficult.
Richard I've a question after watching your video. I had Best Buy Geek Squad do a screen repair 2 days ago and since then, my phone loses itself to the Verizon network. I don't live in a rural area and have never had an issue with reception. I can't get 4G or 5G at my house any longer, only wifi. Been on the phone with Verizon level 2 support, been to best buy twice, nobody has an answer. Is it possible one of the connections wasn't seated properly. This phone has been amazing from day one and it dropped a foot and a half hit my bed post and it cracked the screen I don't understand why I'm losing service. I'd appreciate any advice you can give me. Best Buy no longer has my old screen it's been trashed

Great Video Richard. Question though.. Would you recommend testing the screen before putting the back glass back on, just incase there was a screen issue? I run a cellphone repair business in Canada and I always check the display functionality prior to putting the back on, especially when using the adhesive.
I do test the screens, if it's not in this video, it probably was edited out of it.

He will not tell you where to buy the screens from and yes best to test the phone before fitting the rear cover on ....why would you not put a new rear cover on when you have had a brand new front on ..?
Cause the customer didn't want to pay for a new back. They just wanted the screen fixed.
ive been looking all morning for a trustworthy place to buy a replacment. all i need to know is what parts i need and where to buy. it shouldnt be this difficult. i can do the work i just want to make sure i have the correct stuff im ordering....
