You can set your strava to where your watch data automatically uploads to strava after you complete a run so you don’t have to worry about setting both every time!!
You need a pair of Goodr sunglasses for your runs! They're the best and I wore mine during my half marathon and they're so light and stay put. Highly recommend

I’m also training for a marathon in the end of january. I’m also scared but at the same time excited. Because finishing it would be a big milestone in my running journey. I’m also doing my longest run this week (15 miles) and i hope it goes well.
I’ll def touch on this in a future video!!! But generally I’ll wash my hair every 2-3 days! My head luckily doesn’t get tooo sweaty from my shorter runs so I’ll time my hair wash to a longer run day 😅

I tried going to a gym but it’s always so packed even when I try to go at 5 or 6am. Think I might have to just do workouts at home. Gyms in my area are just too chaotic!!
