Just the number 2 is ok , but I have to change many things inside because looking old the decoration... but the design of the house is great. the others don't deserve the amount charged they are very small, narrow seats, the ceiling is very low...

I’m Swiss and all the apartments i have owned are modern, with the latest technology. You don’t need to spend millions to have a nice place. Some of these places shown in this video are not super new. The land is worth more than the house.

My apartment in Switzerland is new and modern. I wouldn’t buy an old house. Mostly the land and location is what costs a lot of money.

I would put up something new if i had the money. Standards today for houses and apartments are higher in Switzerland, triple glazing of windows have been around for ages, the toilets without the water closet showing have been around a long time too, all the places i owned had floor heating, wooden floors, the materials used these days to build something are better than in the old days. The insulation is better too. I would never buy an old house or apartment because the renovations would be too expensive. I like something modern.
