Dimash had many teachers when he was at Musical Scool,. 2 of them passed away, during the Covid-19. Excuse my english, 'cause I speak french :) . "Daybreak" from this concert is one of my favorite Dimash's performances. In this song and performance "My Swan", I love the soprano singing, where you can hear how Dimash sings with much greater ease and in a beautiful tone or timbre (at least it is so for me 😍). He's awesome . He sang at various concerts with his teachers (at his invitation) as a sign of respect and gratitude. Gorgeous man. With much love from Bulgaria ❤️❤️❤️

She is a popular Kazakh graduated opera singer; her name is Mayra Mukhamedkyzy. She once won the prestigious Tchaikovsky Competition in Russia, was the first and only soloist from Kazakhstan in the Paris Grand Opera. Since 2015, she has been the leading soloist at the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan. And in 2020 she was appointed director of the Opera- and Ballet-theatre in Shymkent/Kazakhstan. Mayra Mukhamedkyzy was one of the judges at a national singing competition in 2015, where a young Dimash took part and she encouraged him to follow his musical path, especially when it came to the high notes. She was even so impressed by him, that she wanted to sing a duet with him... and so, some time later, they sang a slow version of "My Swan" together, on a TV - show and this faster version at his Bastau solo concert. At the end of the concert they both also sang the song „Astana Waltz” - together with Dimash’s teacher Marat Aitimov and Dimash`s parents. He did, starting with the 2015 Slavianski Bazaat, and the rest is history. Bastau was his first concert after his huge success in China, and of course he invited her to perform with him.
