Ive have watched many a drummer on youtube , but she's the only one that looks like she is actually having fun.
You definitely have missed Yoyoka who has a blast playing her drums too.
You should check out Yoyoka
and nhandi.
@@craigfenson Nandi has a lot of fun drumming but IMHO she's not up there yet in terms of technique and feeling. She's drumming quite mechanically.
@@didierleclerc66 i was reacting on the enthusiasm point. you're right, junna and nandi are way too different in terms of technical ability, but you can see both in their playing that they enjoy what they do. and of course, little yoyoka too.

@@jyvlii1828 Wrong, she's all that and more, i've been following this girl for years, there's loads of videos of her in her old band recorded live like this one th-cam.com/video/GIr-3Qp1JbA/w-d-xo.html I just watched her play a live concert with an 8 piece band last weekend for a benefit. Another live streaming concert in a band as a temp the weekend before that.

@Dog Star you dont seem to get my point... multiple times in the video you can really clearly see oyher parts of the drum kit being hit than what you hear. For example at 2:50 you 1st hear and see smaller crash being hit and after that you see the same cymbal hit again but with a lower sound. Also if you pay some attention you can hear quite different tom fills than what she plays. Many times she hits the bell but you hear normal ride and the other way around, also to produce the sound you hear you must hit the bell with the shoulder of you stick which she doesnt do. And also closed hi-hat doesnt sound opened.

Of all the female drummers I’ve seen Junna is the best of them all!
I've done the research and I must conclude that it's impossible to feel depressed while watching her play drums. A joy to behold. I imagine if you could see through my helmet then I make the same expressions when riding my bike, everyone should have something they love.

But I can name my two contenders for best drummer of all time.
Thomas Lang and Carl Palmer.

You are my favorite drummer, you are soooo good! So much energy and passion. I love watching you playing that way, enjoying so much the songs!! Junna #1!
Her footwork is interesting. All kinds of stomping, pedaling, tip-toeing and side-stepping going on down there.
There's nothing quite like watching something done expertly and with passion. Junna does both every time. Would love to see her in a band again.

I started watching videos of other female drummers to get an idea of what I like about their performances and I have to say that some are very good, yes I don't deny it. But...
In my opinion, either a drummer is called Bonzo, like Ian Paice or Dave Grohl (to name one still alive ... what the heck! 😅But these are sacred monsters of rock history not comparable to anyone), otherwise, I realize that beyond Junna there is only the desert. She is on another level. Her charge, her strength, her involvement and her vital dynamism make her a unique first magnitude star. Thanks for being like that, Junna !!!

Her videos are just killer. Not only is she an amazing drummer, her range of expressions and how she looks to enjoy every moment that she is behind her drums is fantastic. You can almost feel the energy bleed through the screen!

No me canso de disfrutar sus videos y quizá es algo a lo que deberían dar énfasis las bandas que generalmente esconden al baterista y solo figuran las guitarras y el cantante, pero definitivamente la batería da vida y energía a una canción de rock. 😎😎😎

She's sharing so much joy and positivity, you just love this song even when you don't like it.
Usually this kind of metal is not my taste, but Junna changed my mind.
This is a good example, why the new european law about upload filters and the punishment are killing the music industrie.
I found so many great bands because of TH-cam and covers or sometimes also reactions, that I can't imagine what will happen after the worst law ever will kill a lot of small or medium artists. Only the big ones will survive, because theirt names are already popular.
No more findings on TH-cam like it was before. it's a shame, because I've discovered so many bands because of TH-cam and bought their albums, that I remember MTV from the 90's and how they acted and also extinguished the genre. In 2 or 3 years there will be no more new songs and we have to listen to what was published years ago. No more new songs because no one is able to find it, except you already know the band and are looking for them.
R.I.P. Music and thanks for all. Time is changing but unfortunally not to the actors advantage. Only the big companies behind are making the big money without any conscience.
So let's enjoy the last songs our favourite artists are releasing. This will get less in future till they won't release any more.
Maybe the future will find another way to support our beloved artists and the don't need others to release their artwork.
The artists did this artwork, so why another company is earning more for nothing and the artists are happy to get enough to stay alive.
Hopefully this mentality will change soon, or there won't be great music in future.

There’s a female rock group called Trident, I can’t read Japanese but I’m sure she’s a part of the group. Her drum set (written Junna like in the vid) can be seen in the song Utopia by Trident
