- Hello! Here is another NFS Payback video i put together showing my personal favourite drift cars on the game. I thought I'll do this video since I get asked what is a good drift car to buy so hopefully this will help some people out there.

Don't listen to half these clowns. I've never been a good drifter but the lambo has helped heaps. Good all rounder car for all 3 star challenges too.

I built a fucking mustang tuned it in live tune. Fucking beautiful
I use my GT-R Premium I’m hitting almost a million and I’ve only drifted in it 3 times. My son used the Huracan and scored over a million (friendly competition between us) and I simply don’t know how he did it. I found that the Huracan was simply too damn fast for me. I was crashing into everything but still scored over 800K.
I can agree with u the hurican Is to fast and I keep crashing but getting a high score

I have a confession to make, I made a mistake with this list. I should of put the Nissan Fairlady in this Top 5, it is an amazing drift car. This Games Iconically Known For Arcade style Drift racing and drifting. My top 5 List Is 350z, Subaru BRZ, 911 Carrera, Hurrican, And RX7 At 1
The Audi R8 is also a very good drift car as well it’s what I used threw majority of my drift missions
Try the M2, with a perfect dirft upgrade. Its a beast!

if you shift lock the vulcan then you can turn at a 90 degree angle really fast and it becomes one of the top 2 at least
If someone is tuning a drift car, what would be the most important stat/s to look for: Nitrous or Brakes? Also, wondering the same for Drag cars as well. Would that be Air or Nitrous?
Both because You need nitrous for picking up speed and brakes for handling while drifting. Personally I'll take nitrous. Great question!

mustang 64 derelict should be number 4...the dirfting handling is comfortable and smooth...its also remind me of the mustang from tokyo drift lol
What about the Nissan Silva I used that car threw the whole game and it's perfect I tuned it and almost maxed in level and it destroys in the drift game
Not as good as the 399 cars tho, trust me I love the Silvia and wish it could grab score as good as those cars
what are you on? i used the miata the whole drift side of the game and smashed plenty of other player challenge things in it.. wasnt even rank 200 haha

SILVIA ALL DAY, in the game as well as in real life...
i beat the game with and S13 destroying challenge scores. but in my opinion, i use the rx7 for my best scores now. it holds angle very well.
The RX-7 is my favourite to use and then probably the MX-5 or the Viper
The Lambo. Huracan was my favorite on NFS 2015 :D Might be my favorite again on Payback. Just bought it today and currently downloading :)
You should try the Mustang in My opinion the Mustang ist the best Drift car

I like the game and i know it's far from a driving/racing-sim like GT5, but it's a bit of a laugh when you have to tune an Aston Martin Vulcan to make it 'drivable'.
I like to use the the Nissan GT-R skyline V - spec (1999) and I use the Paul walker edition just cause it looks beautiful
I would recommend the BMW M4 over the M5 - especially for beginners or as the car to play through the game with. The M4 GTS seems to fall into and out of drifts easier than the M5 and is just so much fun!!!

You right man! The M4 is smooth and easy to control. Especially when hitting tight corners at high speed which helps rack up high scores and keeping multiplier at 4. I'm still breaking records in it to this day!

I have a RX7 Spirit R and A Nissan Silvia. Both have paint jobs like The Tokyo Drift Cars as my Drift car

I use the corvette in no.4 as a race car, maxed it to 399. I still prefer it as a race

The brz is what I’ve been using so far and I love it once you tune it it’s amazing and I only have it at 230 ish I cant imagine at its max. I also just started using the fairlady derilect and its really good too

The Huracan gave me PB's on everything.
Best one in my opinion is the BMW M4 GTS, once upgraded to high level, u can get 1,000,000 points easy, got 2,000,000 points on one drift race, I didn’t even know it was possible

My recommendations, DB11, R8 V10 Plus, R32 GTR, 570S and 911 GT3
This is the only one if your top 5 lists where the car I use was not included. I use Porsche 911 RSR for race, Chevy Bel Air Superbuild for offroad, VW Beetle Superbuild for drag, Mercedes G63 for runner and '65 Ford Mustang Superbuild for drift.

the skyline was disappointingly capped at lvl300 when in real life they can do super fast drag times. my best drag car so far is the mercedes but im gonna try other cars too now i might go for another lambo

To everyone commenting what they think is best, no one cares. Its all about what is best for you. This video is what this guy found to be the best drift cars for him. But, there is no best drift car. To some people, these 5 cars will be the worst. As long as you can tune the car and drive it better than other people, use whatever car you want.
I agree with this comment, though I do think it is good that people are commenting on what they think is a good drift car, it might help someone find a car that suits them. I find some cars drive differently to others which is why I now use the Nissan Fairlady Z because I find I drift better with that car compared to others that I have tried.

Did you live tune the aston martin? Changing the angle might have made the drift easier to achieve.
