A silver Jubilee is pretty much the same as a JCM800 with slightly better quality components. I met Jim marshall and visited the factory and he explained what the silver Jubilee was!

Haven't seen anyone mention this, but you can leave the lead engaged, turn off the pedal so when you turn the pedal back on your already in lead mode without having to double tap the pedal to get there.

Oh my good Lord! What a killer tune Shawn. Love the left and right mix of both guitar parts playing the riff. Then you come in with the main melody on your Collings. Just killer!!! Yes, I will say that the VS Audio Platinum is a great sounding pedal. However, I chime in to listen to nothing but the great Shawn Tubbs. Thank so much Shawn for being such an inspiration.

There’s a rare 90s JCM800 limited edition in red that’s also good. I just found a mint 87 Silver Jubilee out here in Germany. It’s pretty rad.

i like the pedal especially the presence switch it goes from a tunnel to a double wide which is what you need when soloing great vid shawn

In the mix, as in the demo song at the start, it does have the Silver Jubilee vibe. Like most cranked Marshalls, in the mix is where it really shines

It is the same league of build and sound quality as the cork sniffers delight, the Origin Drive Compact ...but close to half the price.
It was not shown today but it can be dialed up to give you a low gain sound that gives a Strat its chime even on your low A and E string. You can not get a musically convincing sound on the Origin with it pulled back in fact it sounds like crap set that clean. It give you in effect two pedals in one. It does it without dumbing down the Slash thing to get something Knopfler might use or indeed those the Wind Cries Mary Hendrix tones.

There's a cool outside-sounding lick at 1:22 in the intro piece that's about the slowest lick you played, so I figured I should try to learn it. I still had to slow the video down to half speed before I could get it! (And I don't think I can quite play it up to your speed yet.) I still have no idea how you come up with stuff like that. I did recognize one of your "shapes," but it's at a different point in the scale or key, if you know what I mean?? Anyway, great stuff, and the pedal sounds excellent!

ckeck out the BL800 from Rodenberg - it's a JCM800 in a box-pedal - awesome tones. The VS audio sounds great as well.
