Larnell Lewis is certainly one of my favourite drummers. An other one of my favourites is Senri Kawaguchi, she is a fantastic Japanese female drummer (mainly jazz and fusion) and an other very good young Japanese female drummer that I really like is Kanade Sato.

Larnell is a close second, Matt Garstka will always be my favorite drummer. Dude is fucking nuts, can play crazy polyrhythms and rhythmic concepts, while being able to just lay down a smooth groove at the same time. Killer musicians, both of them!

Oh and that bass player is Mono Neon with the Dr Seuss sock as a Fret Wrap . He is such a character, a lefty beast and one of the “stankiest”, funkiest dudes out there (like if George Clinton and Chaka Khan had a son 😜). Of course Larnell is one of my favorite drummers, and a lot of others, like Chad Wackerman for example. Maybe you wanna listen to "Allan Holdsworths - Fred" with Chad on drums. And these days I' am a huge Yussef Dayes and also a Nate Smith Fan.
