Regardless his personal issues, Jess was never unfaithful. When Dean broke up with Rory, Jess asked her if it was over for good, and then he said: I have to take care of something. So Jess first broke up with the blond girl, and then went back to Rory.
Jess also wouldn't pay attention at TJ's bachelor party, he took a book to read at the night club. But Rory kissed both Tristan and Jess while being with Dean, then slept with married Dean, tried to use Jess, but couldn't, flirted with some Yale dude but confessed to Logan, and in the Revival she kept cheating.

Not disputing your overall point, but she didn't kiss Tristan until after she and Dean had already broken up the first time

Also, Jess specifically asked Rory if things were over between Logan and Rory before they kissed (but Rory proceeded to lie that it was, and drops the bomb on him after the kiss, simultaneously breaking Jess's heart) but yeah that sort of integrity really stuck out to me on Jess's part

I felt like Jess and Logan were tied for first. Both of them had good and bad qualities. Honestly, if you put Jess and Logan together to create one person, he’d be perfect. Dean? Just, no.
