The carpet throughout the house would have to go. Love that the owner's suite is on the first floor. Pretty good size backyard. Nice house overall.

I really love most for outside of housing to be made of brick or stone of which they may refer to as granite(?) However; I really love the look 👀 of the brick house; also inside the house is really beautiful loved the kitchen and living room area most because of the exposed brick.

I love the carpet the master should have been a little bit bigger an it should have had double the closet it would have been great if it had one on each side of the bathroom my closet is that size now an im out of room and its mines alone🤭😔😬 me an my partner are talking about merging house holds 😬 and his closet is bigger than mines but anywho LOVE YOUR VIDEO HOUSE IS GORGEOUS LOVE LOVE LOVE THE COLOR OF THE KITCHEN I prefer granite but its allllll beautiful

There should be hard wood throughout and no pool! I guess I would love to know how the first 2 areas will be set up when you walk in. It’s almost wasted space. Overall, beautiful home! What’s the asking price?

What part of Dallas is this?. I like to look up houses in that neighborhood or town?
Overall I’m very impressed would be a dream to live in a home at that scale it’s massive yet airy coming from somebody that lives Down under, the home has lots of natural lighting, flow & open living is the winner for me 👍🏼

overpriced not worth 1 million dollars maybe 400,000 to 500,000.
THAT is, nowhere near a million dollar house!!!!!!!!!!! it is barely a track house, nothing custom outside of the stove!!!!!! no dishwasher...the master shower missing shower head, same for hall bath upstairs, wrong back door knob, regular size lot crammed next to neighbors, everything is paint grade including cabinets, trim, baseboard, no wood floors, no media room(there is no enclosure etc).....at best, $500k only!!!!!!
