I've seen homes priced in the 30-60 million dollar range here on TH-cam, and I often wonder why is it necessary to own such a home even when you can afford it. Especially when it's condo in a NYC high rise. This home is absolutely stunning and I'd be willing to bet it's less than five million. I hope the new owners enjoy living there as much as us folks who enjoy watching this clip.
The sweeping back terrace is a bonus on this house. Considering when it was built, the house has aged well. I think the rooms work well on the first and second floors.

This awesome, amazing, beautiful, gigantic mansion has been a big DREAM for me since the 1980's when I was in my twenties, now I'm 66 years old and I'm still DREAMING, HOPING and PRAYING that God will BLESS me with a beautiful BRICK HOME that I can call all mine before I leave this Earth. I see myself talking to the realtor closing the deal key put in my hands as the new owner of a house like this!! This is how you claim it see the end not the beginning or middle. Ask believe don’t create resistance by asking how am I gonna afford it just ask believe and see yourself living in it.. Let God the universe take care of the how and when..

Love the outside of the house made by brick is rich and lovely 👀 looking and the flooring at the entering of the house is beautiful too. Very nice by the video video show looks 👀 like the house were taken very good care of by persons that were living in.

This is definitely a beautiful 🏡 love the bricks 🧱. For this to be 9k I have one issue 🤷🏾♀️ not enough laundry 🧺 rooms for upstairs/downstairs jus near the MB 🤦🏾♀️. However; I’m sure the right person can install where needed easy access for all parties occupying 🏡

I grew up with 2 siblings and my parents. It was 5 of us in a 2 bedroom 2 family flat. What type of person would live in a house like this. It seems like a lot of upkeep.
This are decent compared to other major cities, but the prices are going up fast right now they have a shortage of homes it is definitely a seller's market.. I had my house built 3 years ago I paid 260 5 bedrooms three baths 4,000 ft...
