It is a nice house. A lot smaller that expected. The master bedroom and bath is small but the backyard is amazing. A little dark but nothing that cannot be changed. I absolutely loved the neighborhood. Plenty of closet space and it appears that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Not bad. Again I feel for the family that lost their home. Thanks for showing.

I’d be happy with it, that ensuite is bigger that the main bathroom in my house, the whole master suite, closet etc would be half the size of my coastal country cottage I call home.
This is really nice home.....there is so much potential with the backyard that big. The house needs new high quality carpet and paint. The backyard would be way cool with it fenced in and an amazing pool/outdoor kitchen and playground area. I love this house!!!

Gorgeous house from the exterior, I love the curved covered carport. The garages are in the back opposed to the front was an added plus, nice landscaping and plenty of open space to roam. The houses are spread far apart (favorite part of this community) and a beautiful drive up to the property. I did expect more room in the master suite (you didn't show the patio access from the room).The bathroom was nice, shower seemed a bit small, but I liked the built-in features in the closet. The kitchen was lovely, the brown wood cabinets and granite countertops help bring out the wood theme from the living room. For a foreclosed property, the house is in good condition. Changing the carpet and some doors, there's not a lot of big maintenance to do. The rooms were nicely proportioned and had their own bathroom. I loved the closets were inside the bathroom, leaving more space inside the room. Beautiful home, I enjoyed the view.
I didn't pay attention to the date on this, but my jaw hit my chest when I saw the front door wide open I'm thinking this is before you decided to shut the front door when you pull in the drive the house has a wow factor some people want to elegant home but don't want to have a lot of space this is that house needs a pool, outdoor kitchen a fireplace, jacuzzi this will boost the home's value thank you for the professional tour shut the door behind you when you go in

However at the owner's suite on the ground floor, I believe the doors of the cloakroom and the walk-in closet *clash* . The doors are too close too each other if any or both remained open!🤔
Probably the one of the walk-in closet ought to open into the inside of the closet? 🤷
Beautiful, but is there water damage ? Looked like some form of algae on the back corner of the house and along the baseboards in the dining room.
