Just for my own satisfaction, I replayed this scenario off-camera on normal difficulty now that I understand the monster movement rules correctly. Wow, what a difference! I won on the first try with 7 health remaining.

I was playing this scenario three times yesterday on normal, one time I got killed by last bandit before my final blow so that was kinda brutal. Other two attempts I got wiped quite quickly... Thanks for pointing out that extra guard shield kicks in after they do their movement and attack, I played it like they have it right from the start of the round, so that made it quite harder. I also totally forgot that archers have a disadvantage when I'm standing right next to them... anyway after seeing your gameplay, I have to use retaliation more, that was quite helpful.
At 10:00, in rules it says, monster follows shortest path to its attack hex. Always prioritize path without hazards. Monster only trigger hazards when there is no other viable path to attack an enemy. So i think in this exact case bandit archer would not move in that hazard, because it had range 2 and you would be still 3 hex from it, but if it would had range 3 it would move into that hazard because there was no other way and it would be able to attack you there. But either way, stepping into hazard hex is always monsters last option, it always prioritize path without hazard, even if it would be 10 times longer.
Anyway, great gameplay, thanks for the video.

Thanks for the comments. I'm glad you found some useful information. Regarding the Bandit Archer, it did have range 3. But from what I can tell I played it correctly because there was a hex that it could get to without going through the hazard if it had unlimited movement, but then when it actually tried to move there it could not because it only had 1 movement. I have verified this with the Gloomhaven Monster Mover (gloom.aluminumangel.org).

9:15 range enemy had disadvantage so should have rolled twice and taken worse roll.
    9:50 blue doesn't move.

The ranged enemy rolled a minus for the first result, so there was no need to make a second roll. But yes, I should have mentioned they were disadvantaged.
Thanks for the verification that the blue enemy should not move. I found this website (gloom.aluminumangel.com) that allows you to set up various situations, and it will show you how the monsters will move. It also said they would not move in that instance.
Thanks for watching and for commenting! Keep them coming.
