These games aren't classified as horror games, they are JRPG's, yet I felt more terrified in sections of Dark Souls than I did in most of the best horror titles. And it looks like they are putting a much bigger emphasis on this exact thing! so excited!

To the people complaining about graphics for this game. As a graphic designer and animation artist, please check the ID coding and the top right corner. They're playing this in animation mode and testing mode. Meaning nothing is in full and things while extended to rippling are still off to ensure coding and debugging is in effect. Thanks.
Turdsmear Resistance isn't in dark souls 2. Or at least a stat by that name. Resistance and agility have been kinda merged into one stat called Adaptability. There have been a lot of changes with stats and how things work, to be honest.
I'm not a hardcore gamer by any means (use to be, no time now thanks to Nursing school) but I love Demon's Souls and Dark Souls and I will make time for Dark Souls 2. This game looks even harder; gotta love the challenge! :)
Dark Soul 2 the perfect example of quality defeats graphics, cant fucking wait for this game!! sorry for the expression but i needed to sound cool. by the way one of the main reason i love Dark Souls is concept art, such an amazing job from that department and the realistic animation for every weapon, heavy weapons are slow but deal great damage, and you actually see the character trying so hard to wield that sword. This game seems so much brighter and prettier than the other two. No level was pretty in demons soul it was all dark and dangerous looking. Dark souls had some pretty moments too. But as long as I never feel safe it'll feel the same.

Honestly im so glad fromsoft is designing this game and actually try to keep what we love and make it better! Most gaming companies just redo the same shit or make terrible changes that ruin the series. I love dks and honestly I think they've done an amazing job with this game from what I can tell so far. The only thing I wanted is for a way to balance pvp which was clearly far from balanced in dks1 and that's why we had this 'honor' system.
I feel like they're gonna pull a fast one on us. Once the ps3 and 360 versions come out, they're gonna announce the next gen versions. I really do not want to buy the game twice, even if it is dark souls.

if you really want to be a video game creator you will have to work HARD. After your education (i dont know how old are you) you should learn some programming language like C++. Then also you should also know how to make 3D models and everything. I suggest using Scratch program to get to know what programming looks like... (scratch is very simple and not near to the difficulty of C++) You can make some cool 2D video games there. Try it, and once you got it try looking to some youtube lessons on a programming language.

i hope they add some kind of cool samurai armor this time in Dark Souls 2. Demon Souls- best looking armor was the King's Set Dark Souls- Orenstien's armor even though you didnt get the cool red tassel on the helmet.
Can not wait for this game, I hope they don't try simplify any part of it to please people who found Dark Souls too hard, being able to invite a friend into your game would be nice tho
Oh my Lord I remember when I was playing Dark Souls, it took me literally about fifty attempts to defeat Ornstein and Smough! Such a hard game, but it's worth every drop of sweat!
Honestly I can't see why the majority of people choose the witcher 3 over dark souls 2 for anticipated game. I think Dark Souls will blow away any console rpg competition.
i'm not sure what is wrong with your controller but i saw a youtube video on how to fix a lot of problems with ps3 controllers and it helped me fix mine. you might look those vids up and try it.

PvP is the best part of the game for me, sure, i'm not good at it and i get nervous as shit when i notice i'm being invaded, but it just adds even more to it, of course, if you don't like it i think you can play it offline and you can play through it normally, without being able to summon ally players of course.
