Did you learn and take in the material? Did you really learn and answer specific operational questions or did you just blaze through them and learned just enough to get by? Take your time and learn it in and out so you can blow an interview away.
@@adamr4503 just signed up for a cert program at a local university; however, I’d love to start networking with people in the field who could spare the knowledge they’ve gained hands on sooner than later. If you are currently in the field and up for helping a newbie learn from your real world experience please let me know.
I appreciate you making this video and shining the light on a position that could have a very intimidating job descriptions. I know people who have a natural investigative personality. Imagine if they could get paid being a Cybersecurity auditor.
This sound like the perfect job, very little skills needed, little responsibility, no need to solve problems just pointing them out and on top of that , a great salary. The only drawback seems to be that one cannot hold the job for too long.
@@TheBadMadMan786 I am not entirely sure but I suspect it is for the same reasons that secret service agents or research leaders are not kept in the same position for too long: they are growing roots and know too much.
Aren't problems ongoing? Don't they arise any time, without plan? Don't they need to be solved BEFORE the required and mandated audit? Sounds like a long term job.

Per this video and the part 1, it appears PCI mostly or only caters to technical controls and less or no administrative/operational controls requiring policies and procedures to be in place. Would this be a fair statement?

Absolutely not. The administrative controls create the boundaries for the technical controls.
Can this be entry level role? Or is it an Adavanced role?
