    This is definitely a great light and it comes with a bunch of accessories. 👍.😁.... Personally though, I like the more military-look of the Weltool LEP's (W3-Pro & W4).

      You probably dont care but if you guys are stoned like me during the covid times then you can stream pretty much all of the latest series on InstaFlixxer. Have been streaming with my girlfriend for the last days :)

    the newer battery chargers from nitecore can fit protected 21700 cells from fenix, with and without charging ports.

    Technically speaking, is this similar to the Acebeam W30?

    • @TacticalReviews

      I believe so, yes. They are both LEP lights.

    How can I buy tk 30

    • @TacticalReviews
      @TacticalReviews  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Please look for a Fenix seller in the country you live in. If not, there are sellers that ship globally, but this might push the price up.

    In your opinion, is the Fenix tk30 L.E.P. a better flashlight than the Sky Lumen L.E.P. ?

    • @TacticalReviews
      @TacticalReviews  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't have enough information to make that judgement (as I don't have access to the Sky Lumens LEP), and one might be better in some ways and the other stronger in different ways. Vinh has a load of experience boosting and upgrading lights, and Fenix makes good solid production lights. Sorry, can't help on that comparison.

    Does this device actually contain a LASER to excite the phosphor or perhaps a cree LED? I am only asking as I see a lot of confusion regarding the Acronym LEP. My guess is that generically speaking any device using light to excite the phosphor can be called a Light Excitation Phosphor source, however if driven by a traditional laser, you COULD call it a Laser Excited Phosphor Torch. Thanks for the Vid!

    • @TacticalReviews
      @TacticalReviews  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is indeed driven by a UV laser module. That is actually why there is the warning of the class IIIb laser device on the head, not because of the white output, but because of what is inside the head.

    • @TheExplosiveGuy
      @TheExplosiveGuy 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      They use a blue 445-450 nanometer laser to excite a thin layer of a phosphor crystal, which absorbs the blue light and re-emits it as a blend of red, green and blue light, and since it is emitted from a fairly small focal point the lens array is able to focus it into a very tight beam. If I remember right the laser itself outputs somewhere between 200 to 300 milliwatts.

    Soak your o-rings in 303 as well as wind shield wipers, etc

    • @TacticalReviews

      Gun oil? Nitro solvent? Is that good for o-rings?

Maybe you should have named it Tactical Previews, because essentially that's what it is.
