Thank you Magnus. You should be really proud of yourself. I have seen your previous videos of your time back in Sweden and your journey to America and beyond. I and I’m sure every one else can really tell that you really want to help all people and not just celebrities for movies. The tips and info you supply are great and I have really learnt the most from you over any body regarding nutrition and fitness. Luke, UK
I tell you what helps me…a food diary. Be honest. You can see where you have gone “wrong” any bad habits (afternoon unhealthy snacks, weekend full on hinges etc) and I nite the exercise done such as gym sesh, weights at home, long walk so I can see any “lazy” periods It does help & makes you think twice with food choices x
Hey Magnus, I’ve been doing your 30 day shred challenge you had earlier this year I was curious if you thought about doing a 30 day bulk challenge. Thank you!
Any suggestions or thoughts how we can help get your channel more views! From a big fan :). I started having rye crackers as a snack with various things and they're great and don't feel heavy like bread or refined wheat
This is all very good information. Thank you for sharing. Another point is that some people have the disease of obesity and need treatment by a health provider who is knowledgeable about the disease. The same concept about diabetes. This is good information for someone who has diabetes, but those people should also be seen by a health care provider who is knowledgeable about the disease. That being said I love your app and recommend it frequently.
Hey Magnus, what kind of meals would you recommend for a big guy like myself who wants to trim fat but maintain muscle? I stand at just under 6 1/2ft tall, broad shoulders, big chest, and weigh about 130kg's. Loving your videos, thanks for all the solid nutrition advice! 💪
I'd make sure to eat enough protein. Eat up to 1g of protein per lbs body weight in a day. So if you're 200lbs, try to eat 200g of protein every day. Then eat less (not zero) fat and carbs.
I know the secret but it's the complete opposite of what most people think. You don't need to count calories either and your body will naturally form in to what is supposed to look like. Also fat is very important for health as most your organs are made of cholesterol.
Have we had cars for thousands of years? Machines? Were we buying animals from the supermarket 3000 years ago? Our life became a lot easier. We became richer. Now being overweight is very common because of those commodities. Hence why people need to watch their calories
Dear Magnus, Thank you for all the super informative and interesting videos. I always enjoy them. I have a question that I am not sure it is meant for the comments, but if ever you have Q&A, I would like to ask it:) it is concerning weight machines in fitness. I love weight machines (in comparison with lifting weight), mostly because of my wrists (I’m a musician and often I had problems with wrists when involving weights lifting). I was wondering what is your opinion about weight machines and are they as effective as weight lifting or body weight exercises. Do you have program with weight machines on you app? My goal is losing weight , but in connection to longevity and general healthy. I don’t know if ever my question would reach you, but either way thank you for all the videos and keep up the good work! 🎉❤

So true!
In my case I’m not losing weight, however I’m getting slimmer and building muscle. The scale has barely moved but I’m definitely burning body fat.
I think that's fine then! if you're doing a lot of weight training, monitor your waist size and as long as that reduces you're golden
Hello Magnus from Curitiba/Brazil. Now 1.00pm.
I'm sad that your recent video's viewship have gotten so low. Your content is great!

To put it as simply as possible get in the 100-200 kcal deficit range while eating enough protein

@@magnus_method Thanks man!
Thank you MM💪🏼
Great video thank you! 😀😀😀😀
Thanks for watching!
@magnus_method Is it possible to build muscle while in calorie deficit? I rally like you channel!
It all comes down to reason nr 2;)

Awesome!
Great
Counting macros and protein and calories isn't natural. We've never done that for thousands of years.
Have we had cars for thousands of years? Machines? Were we buying animals from the supermarket 3000 years ago? Our life became a lot easier. We became richer. Now being overweight is very common because of those commodities. Hence why people need to watch their calories
Trying the carnivore route now to see how the body responds. So far it has been doing good for my gut at least.
The justifying eat if something “bad” by adding something “good” is probably because they defined food as “bad” and “good”

Hi, I love machines as well as free weights. Most of my programs have machines in them
Great video and lot of info. Please don't use the background sound. It is not helpful. Thank you.
😊
Reason #1: you're not in a calorie deficit. Done
Wrong
This is a half truth, this oversimplification make people not reach their goals
@@matthewgonano636 please tell me how you can have surplus calories and still lose weight.
I gained 15lbs after I saw your mixed drinks 🍸 🙃 video.....
