Kyle, I knew that you were cool, but saying the definitive version of "Brain Stew" is from the Godzilla album has permanently cemented you into the upper echelon of TH-cam personalities for me. That has been my go-to version since 98. Thanks
The fucking Godzilla scream killed me. Maybe because I'm too exhausted to handle the perfection that is Bosman but honestly I think we have found the true inception of "HONK". Where else has the perfect integration of a nonsensical noise ever been implemented?
Delayed Input is the How To with Jon Wilson of video game news. It starts in one place and by the end you have no idea where you're going to be, but it's so good.
Kyle, thank you for providing some of the best content on the internet that I’ve been watching for years, since you were on Gametrailers. I genuinely get happy every time I see you post new videos.
The Hades II test thing reminds me of how Nintendo first sold me on the original Splatoon. I was curious after the trailer, sure, but it was the Treehouse play footage afterwards that had me head over heels.
"Disney and Ubisoft. A corporate greed marriage made in hell." Great line and great delivery For me, the problem with something like Outlaw's pay walled Jabba the hut mission is that it either has to be: 1) a worthless side quest not worth the price of admission 2) an awesome experience that should have been in the base game for free Either way you're screwing over a group of people. Also it's made much worse by the price hike from $70 to $110 to access said mission.
There's something about this Delayed Input that really made me miss the Final Bosman shows.... Not sure exactly what, but I do know I'm feeling that special kind of sad that only nostalgia can bring about.
The Jerry's hologram reminds me Mass Effect 2. The game had a Shepard's hologram that said things and answered questions. And the funny thing it's that the dude wasn't dead. 😂
12:49 Power of the Force Star Wars toys were the best! My first Luke was the Hoth variant from the same line. At the time I didn't realize how ridiculous the sculpt's buff proportions were; that's just how action figures were as far as I knew.
Well this made for a fascinating watch after the news today. Microsoft trying to speed run during the off season instead of waiting for Kyle's 8 week reflection.
I'm greatfull to continue to have content from you. I still remember the days when you were part of game trailers and I was always so happy to enjoy what you all would discuss. The spice girls were kinda the same way, they broke apart and the music was never the same.
Sitting in my recliner, just in underwear and socks, with Bride of Frankenstein on one TV, and Fallout 4 game crashing on my PS5 and reporting to Sony while watching Kyle Bowman talk about some games.
Well Kyle now that you made it very clear that you don't wanna see hologram Jerry Jones, now we HAVE to make you go and make a video of you seeing the Hologram of Jerry Jones. You showed the gun, now the gun needs to be used.
This video is a baanger booiii I swear on my momma I watched three times back to back. And I wasn't even on my own... Here we go I'm gonna give this video a rating of CS.
The craziest thing is, Jerry Jones is still alive. You could ask him a question, and he might not answer the same as the ai.
That adds a dark undertone to "may not answer the same"
Is he though? Or is he an AI hologram? :P
I feel like "CS - Completely Silly" is a pretty good rating for this show as a whole.
I can picture tiny Kyle Bosman saying "They went a bit overboard with this one." That is extremely on brand.
Legit impressed that Kyle Bossman kept the first ever recorded videocam footage he did as a kid
We gotta start a forty dollar crowdfunding campaign to force Kyle to go see the Jerry Jones hologram
I absolutlely agree.
I'm in for my $2.50
I would watch that episode of Delay Input
“Sometimes I can be straight up trailer brained”
- A man who writes 10 minute long essays on trailers that drop 12 hours prior every week.
1:50 Masterful El Scorcho reference Mr Bosman.
So I went to your room and READ YOUR DIARRYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
Came here to mention my appreciation for that too.
Made me go "AYYYYYY"
And read her diarrhea
I pointed at the screen like Leo
"Permanently stuck in a sexy pose."
That's a CS pose, Kyle.
I had the same reaction to the "grieving child" thing. But since the trailer doesn't elaborate on it, maybe the kid's pet fish died or something.
Yeah, I was like that's a bit much but then thought a kid could be grieving something less sad.
Release the CS cut!
"Four people on a couch with a regular looking dog" :D
Damn the slick El Scorcho reference. 10/10
The ending was so cute! Also, as per usual, immaculate horn placement!
If that dog was not "regular looking" then the cost of the DLC would have been an issue imo.
My girlfriend happened to be next to me when i turned on delayed input and she asked, “Is this Blue’s clues?”
I love the fact that Kyle include F1 24 on today's episode just because of that Green Day track.
Delayed Input is the How To with Jon Wilson of video game news. It starts in one place and by the end you have no idea where you're going to be, but it's so good.
A game where a party member is invested in a side quest is Mass Effect 2.
Kyle, thank you for providing some of the best content on the internet that I’ve been watching for years, since you were on Gametrailers. I genuinely get happy every time I see you post new videos.
The Weezer joke made me laugh harder than it probably should have.
Gotta love the El Scorcho reference
That was a beautiful integration of Jerry Jones through the scripting of the episode. Well done good sir.
Not used to finishing a Kyle Bosman video and going "aw that was cute"
I heard "baby you're bad for business" in a supermarket the other day
BEST STEALTH DROP OF A WEEZER REFERENCE (TO THE BEST WEEZER SONG).
Well done, sir.
Every time I watch an episode of this show I am convinced Kyle would be an incredible stand up comedian.
I knew you were going to mention Godzilla's 1998 during the Brain Stew segment because just yesterday I watched Pointless Hub's video about the movie
God damn that Godzilla soundtrack had some bangers. It gave us the single "no shelter" by rage against the machine as well.
"But at the same time...I don't want it." Something about the delivery of that single line lmao
This is the perfect ending to a Delayed Input episode. Have a great weekend.
The set at 6:43 reminds me of those South Park intros Parker and Stone made for the first few seasons. Even Scratch is there, that old rascal
OMG yes! Thank you
Okay but now we NEED the full lil bosman vid
Why so on point with the Green Day Godzilla deepcut?
Awesome stuff
“I’m obviously going to be thinking about that hologram for the rest of my life” I laughed
The Hades II test thing reminds me of how Nintendo first sold me on the original Splatoon. I was curious after the trailer, sure, but it was the Treehouse play footage afterwards that had me head over heels.
"Disney and Ubisoft. A corporate greed marriage made in hell." Great line and great delivery

1:50 ‘YO YOU JUST GO WEEZERED’
Decades pass and Bosman is still rated CS, don't ever change
There's something about this Delayed Input that really made me miss the Final Bosman shows....
Not sure exactly what, but I do know I'm feeling that special kind of sad that only nostalgia can bring about.
The Jerry's hologram reminds me Mass Effect 2.
The game had a Shepard's hologram that said things and answered questions.
And the funny thing it's that the dude wasn't dead. 😂
that ending was perfect kyle
This ep is just pure art.
The ending caught me off guard with maximum cuteness
12:49 Power of the Force Star Wars toys were the best! My first Luke was the Hoth variant from the same line. At the time I didn't realize how ridiculous the sculpt's buff proportions were; that's just how action figures were as far as I knew.
Perhaps the best weezer reference I’ve ever stumbled across in my entire life
Whoa!! Did you know there's more content after the credits roll??
no way how did I miss that for the past 2 years of me watching Delayed Input with Kyle Bosman
The spice girls were kinda the same way, they broke apart and the music was never the same.
today we are all Wolverine stuck in a sexy pose
Sitting in my recliner, just in underwear and socks, with Bride of Frankenstein on one TV, and Fallout 4 game crashing on my PS5 and reporting to Sony while watching Kyle Bowman talk about some games.
Remembering the Godzilla soundtrack: "I loved that song, and that song too! Oh, I'm not allowed to like that song anymore..."
I had both those cyclops action figures from the early 90s. The one from 95 was completely silly as young Kyle and his cousins would say
A Pinkerton reference? El Scorcho?? Didn't have that on my Bosman BINGO card...
“Superfluous by Nature” - A forgotten 90s rap group
Petition for Kyle to now begin every episode with the old recording of him saying "Rated CS: Completely Silly"
Absolutely fantastic rating system
Best car hirn of the year. Good stuff.
I'll bring home the turkey if you bring home the bacon!
How cool is that!
oh my god I died at the godzilla scream lmao
What about the Dash Rendar toy? We talk about how cool that was?
Completely Silly is what they should've called the Star Wars Outlaws Season Pass
Luke Skywalker’s got that Ryu energy going on. 🔥
Best gaming content on TH-cam
I’d love it if every episode of DI from now on started with the Rated CS tag
Fantastic webisode. Also: Please release the full homemovie
Now when I see CS: GO I'm going to think it's some Completely Silly game of Go.
Completely Silly 2
Insane Weezer reference around 1:50 goddamnit kyle
Nice Blues Clues host shirt you got on there, Kyle
Mr. Bosman, can I interest you in ACBA? Articulated Comic Book Art. It may be right up your alley.
Steve, is that you?
gotta admit, i'm a little baffled by the no mention of Sandland's 'Sandstorm' trailer in this episode
perhaps it was too much of a layup
Hey Kyle. I was just thinking about Samus saying Howdy! 🎉
This is peak gaming youtube
I need a shirt with "Bless your heart"
The slide whistle 💀💀💀
Ha the car horn still got me!
Well Kyle now that you made it very clear that you don't wanna see hologram Jerry Jones, now we HAVE to make you go and make a video of you seeing the Hologram of Jerry Jones. You showed the gun, now the gun needs to be used.
Kyle making the deep Weezer cut
100% correct on the godzilla version of green day song
Action figures will never surpass the awesome of the 90s. Just look at 'em!
i appreciate the weezer reference
I wanna see that film. It looks to be wild from the rating alone 😂
This video is a baanger booiii I swear on my momma I watched three times back to back. And I wasn't even on my own... Here we go I'm gonna give this video a rating of CS.
How cool is that!?
All your videos are rated CS
Outing yourself as a Pinkerton listener is crazy
Great video as always
Im happy anytime someone reminds me of the linebacker luke toy.
I understood that Weezer reference
CS 10/10
Hey Jerry, will we ever play in the Super Bowl again or will you rename us the Dallas Chokeboys?
Very sad we only had a miniscule taste of Kyle's Star Wars movie
Kyle is destined to go to the hologram for an inbetweener isn't he?
Godzilla roar should be the new car horn.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one with the Godzilla soundtrack.. "just for one day"
I hope you get to join us Cowboy fans to see DigiJerry one day
Aw! Kyle Bossboy video!
Surprised to see no mention of Sand Land using Darude's Sandstorm
