Great update J! The Pipeline is the Fuel line to the Fuel Farm, and the terminal will be back filled.

Jaydog it's the Fuel Ring Main.
I suspected fuel but it’s so close to the runway, I guess they will lower it into a trench and bury it. Thanks
The area where you saw what look to be a tunnel and wasn't sure what it was. I am thinking it will be the train link. Those metal lines run along tracks.
