      Not necessarily, white chocolate is extremely soft for chocolate, you don't need much of a sharp edge

    눈요기는 되지만 솔직히 너무 완벽한 영상이라 따라하기는 너무 어려운 과정인듯 싶네요. ㅠㅠ
    오븐에 굽는 과정, 틀에서 빼내는 과정등이 생략되어 많이 아쉽네요.
    꽃길만 가는 영상이네요.

    테린느 방금 구웠는데... 겉은 살짝 타고 안은 그대로네요ㅜㅠㅜㅜ 이런 경우에는 더 낮은 온도에서 오래굽는게 맞을까요..?

      오븐 사양에 따라 굽는 온도와 시간이 다를 수 있는데 낮은 온도에서 더 오래 구워보시면 좋을 것 같아요~
      테린느는 굽고 바로 꺼내면 가운데 부분은 살짝 움직이는데 냉장실에서 굳히면서 단단해진답니다~
