Ingredients:
4 lbs Chuck pot roast
2 tbsp oil
1/2 onion; chopped
1 jalapeño;chopped
2 cups unsalted broth
Pickled jalapeños plus 1/2 cup of its juice
Salt I used 2 tbsp
1 tbsp black pepper
Chopped cilantro
1 pack ranch seasoning
1/4 cup cornstarch
Seasoning mix:
4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp oregano
1 serving of love💕

I have been doing this exact same thing but with a pork Boston Butt roast.
I have no clue as to why I didn’t think of doing the same beef. With a Chuck Roast I usually make Carne Guisada and it never dawned on me to do tacos. Duhhh…. 😂

This looks mouthwatering , thanks for sharing and congrats on the one mil subscribers, you deserve it. It would be great if you could give cooking alternatives in your introduction for those of us who don’t own an instapot. For example cook in crockpot for 6/8 hrs or bake for so many hrs at this temperature and so on. Sorry, I might be asking for too much I really want to make this recipe but I do not own an insta pot.

This looks amazing! I will try this one tomorrow. What is the best cut of meat to use? Roast? And I have never seen ranch seasoning before at our local market. Is there a substitute you would recommend? Perhaps a table spoon of ranch dressing or would that not work? Thanks for your video!
