    The Michael Jackson comments, I’m 100% sure, are referencing a video where a fan ran on stage during one of his performances. It was right when Michael was being lifted into the air by this small platform though so Michael held on to the fan (who started hugging him / having a titanic moment) until it came down. Then security came and got the fan.
    But that wasn’t a heartwarming moment where Michael was being so humble to his fans. It was an incident where a fan put multiple people’s lives in danger to enter someone’s personal space without consent and ruin an experience for tons of other paying fans. Like jeez.

    I agree with everything about Adam Levine, but just wanted to add that the accusations against Michael Jackson aren’t true. A few years ago, two guys sued MJ’s estate for alleged sexual abuse 30 years prior. They both spoke well of MJ even a few years before this, and it was while they were running out of money that they both “realized” they were being sexually abused. Additionally, when the accusations came out, many people who were close to him when he was alive (and who would have spent much more time with MJ than the accusers) were shocked and said that that was not the type of person MJ was and that he would never do something like that.
    Anyway. I totally agree that Adam Levine didn’t do anything wrong, and the backlash he got was ridiculous. And I don’t agree with those people who used MJ as an example that Adam should have followed. But yeah just wanted to put in my piece because sadly a lot of people seem to believe the allegations lol

      I agree, their was no reason to bring Michael into the situation. Michael was found not guilty and those who accused him were only after money. The court even threw out their case because their just a bunch of liars. Best Documentary's to prove Michaels innocence is MJ Square One and Loving Neverland both on TH-cam.

    • @voxxbg380

      I was looking for this comment! People need to know that MJ had a horrible life, it is believed he was forced by his father to be chemically castrated to keep his voice so child like, he hated his whole family and because of that changed his apperance so drastically. He found the company of children comforting and he loved them, because he himself didn't have a good childhood and he would never even think of hurting a child. Macaulay Culkin, who also had a rough childhood as a child actor, said that MJ never did anything to him, and he also attended his funeral.

    • @kiana4247
      @kiana4247 2 ปีที่แล้ว +34

      @@voxxbg380 Yesss, while he was in Motown with the Jackson 5 they would make him lie about his age and make his voice higher to sound more childlike to be more “cute”. His father and siblings would make fun of his appearance. With that him having vitiligo, lupus and a scalp burn in the 80’s causing him to wear wigs only made him more self conscious about himself. Children made him happy cause they never judged or treated him any different and some didn’t even know he was the Michael Jackson king of pop. Many celebrities adults now who were children when they knew Michael say nothing ever happened, the accusers only wanted financial gain they defended Michael all up until his passing then when they are in financial problems they suddenly remember their “abuse”. All in all it’s a bunch of lies.

    • @TheStepmonkey
      @TheStepmonkey 2 ปีที่แล้ว +18

    You know what immediately came to my mind when I saw the video, Christina Grimmie.
    Now a lot may not know or remember, but Christina Grimmie was a very talented singer that was on The Voice a few years back. She was on Adam Levine's team and he sorta became a mentor to her and her career. She was a super popular performer even if she finished 3rd and got a lot of work afterwards. Anyway one night performing at The Plaza Live in Florida she was with the fans after the show and one of her "fans" shot her in the head and chest. She died and her killer killed himself like immediately, I remember it was a shock to everyone. She was this young talented girl with so much ahead of her and was taken by someone so senseless. For Adam to have known her and been close with her and know something like that happened to her is something you don't forget easily. But not only that, as a performer that's always in the back of your mind that anything can happen even if it's just a careless fan.
    People often don't think before they speak and now it's become people don't think before they post. It's just a herd mindset, people without tact which is a skill a lot have lost.

    I feel like a big reason why people were upset about his reaction was that it was a girl who jumped on stage, as well as he's a guy. A lot of times the people who jump on stage are guys, and there's a universal view that a guy would present more of a potential threat to a performers safety (not to mention guys who jump on stage tend to be more aggressive), while if its a girl they're probably more inclined to be like "eh it's just a silly girl she's harmless". There's also the added aspect that he's a man and people kind of expect guys to put up with more than they expect from women ("he's a man, he can handle it"). adding to this, a lot of people look past 'dramatic' reactions from women, so if Adam had been a girl and reacted the way he did I doubt anyone would have thought anything of this. If it'd been a guy who jumped on stage, or if Adam was a girl or a combination of the two, this probably wouldn't have garnered so much attention, and if it did there wouldn't be so much negative response towards adam.
