  • Siu Nim Tao (Sil Lim Tao) form, from the Grandmaster Chu Shong Tin lineage of Wing Chun Kung Fu, performed slowly with closeups of certain movements. Great for learning the form and training.

In the Chu Shong Ting lineage of Wing Chun we do the form with an emphasis on relaxation, internal structure, opening joints etc. Therefore it must be done slowly with mindfulness to create a mind- body connection.
Performed by Sifu Scott Smith of Dragon Tao Kung Fu in Mona Vale on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia.

Great. Lap Nim structure develops Nim Lik. Then it is really energy economical for Internal Wing Chun.
