Baron of Mei Queen castle should be referring to the Lord Jaguar support item which just adds Ki + 2 and ATK + 5000. The other mission is to use Hercule support item. The 10 turn boost from Bio Broly should actually last for the rest of the battle. The (once only) is only there so that the boost doesn't keep stacking every time Bio Broly shows up on the rotation, which would have made him untouchable after 2/3 stacks depending on if he got the 30% from the other part of his passive.
They dont always eza units from the same story events at the same time, Besides we already have somewhat usable teq and int trunks and goten banner units which should work well with the eza so its better to save the f2p ezas until the banner units become irrelevant
We are getting a new one. It just happens we have an ancient Bio Broly from legit 6-7 or so years ago. Dokkan devs are odd and EZA this guy and give us a brand new F2P Prime Battle LR at the same time. It's confusing to say it lightly.

How? He only has 30% DR by then . Then 40% DR is ONCE meaning for 1 turn.
