In my Macan 4, if I precondition the battery putting the charging station as a destination, that can be an intermediate destination, I am charging at peaks of over 270kWh, even with low temperatures (about 5 Centigrades). The battery arrives heated at about 43 centigrades. It is very very fast!
Nice Video as always. You are talking about the rim diameter. What about the width of the Tires? I assume the width is more important for the range then the rim diameter. You can have for example a wider 21" Tire or a narrower one.
Yes width also plays a role, but usually (not always) when the rims are larger (within a model line) the tires are also wider. So you usually don’t get one without the other.
@@davidtolson7680 all cars are always tested in their most efficient mode with the climate set to a comfortable temperature. Depending on the car it will be set to 20-22c, bit in some Chinese cars you have to set the climate to 24-25c to get a comfortable temperature. The new Macan has no Range Mode like the Taycan has, and it only has an "extreme" Eco mode for climate where the cabin gets really cold.

Manca solo che sei di provincia di Milano ed abbiamo un amico in comune... 😅
Good news! Thanks. I’m ordering Macan EV4S for Christmas. Enjoy!
Kris, it's important that you do these test in winter, summer we know it's better so stay in Norway!
Thanks Sander!
Takk!
Tusen takk!
Hi Kris, is there a place/excel where we can see the results of all your test? Thanks!
The Zero Charge Máster back at It 😅
It's so cool! 😀
