If someone has budget definitely go with Sony, I don't know about the specifications but overall Sony Tv's gives really good experience . I think one should not bother about the smartness of Tv's . Because the other streaming Devices perform better than any smart TV. I am personally using apple Tv box on VU tv that is fat better than Tv's Smart OS. Also I have sony tv that can look lower in specification but it perform way better than VU TV.

Both are very good TVs however Vu Vibe performs a little better in dark scenes and its audio performance is also better.
