    You should make a video on how the ink bird works with your smoker.

      Good suggestion! I've used the thermal works but their fan did not last very long and was quite expensive. This inkbird one so far has worked really well, especially considering how affordable it is! Would love a fire bored but not looking to spend that much money. Especially considering how well the smoker runs without a fan

      I have the FireBoard fan and it always over shoots the temp I am shooting for. Once the mini gets hot it’s hard to cool down.

      @@jessebarttelt609 I normally cook with water which makes it a little bit harder to overshoot. Also, I closed down my valve and outlet the same as I would if I was not running the fan. Just like the fan for a little bit of reassurance. Mostly I use mine for overnight cooks

    How does that InkBird do? Did you have the FireBoard before?

      No Fire Board but the Inkbird does a really good job especially for the price. I have run the LSG plenty without a temp controller which is good because if you don't close it down it's definitely going to overshoot.
