Norwood HD38 Full Process Including Jack Leg Levelling

Hi all and welcome back to the channel, on this one i am taking the Norwood HD38 sawmill and showing you guys how easy the leg levelling is with the jack legs and get an Ash log on the mill and mill down a load of crab/lobster pot boards for the regular customers i have.
I mention in the video about the APF show 2024 but i thought this video was already live before the show and it wasnt so that is my fault.

The video is a lot longer than my normal videos but there was a lot of footage on this one and i thought id share with you guys just what i do to get the log milled down into final product.

That mill cuts nice. The speed at which it cuts is impressive. That speed would stall the OS27. Boards turned out nice buddy. I'm thinking of taking my mill off the trailer package. Maybe take off the axles and jacks and get it up on some cribbing.
It looks like the Intelliset is working well for you. Nice pile of boards. Great work and keep up the grind.

Hey Jerry, thank you as always for commenting.
The HD38 sure does cut nice but it has had some learning curves.
Wow, have you finally decided its not going to move again ? i do prefer to have my mill down low like i do with my OS27. With the trailer package on, the wheels make it so much taller and not ergonomic for turning logs.
The intelliset is great and speeds up cutting boards so much and is awesome to have. Im glad i added that as an extra.
