You totally made my day, not only with this new episode, but also by drawing my name for the gift card. I’m so overwhelmed, thank you both so much. I will send you an email with all the information you need. Yeah 🎉
Loved the podcast and all your beautiful garments. Kaity, that red sweater is gorgeous and fits you so well. LOVE it. I love being with you and can't wait for the next time. God Bless with lots of hugs.
Such a treat - I just love watching you two. ❤ So many beautiful makes, and Kaity that red sweater is a stunner on you! I chuckled when I saw the Musselburgh hat. I agree, it's a fun, yet zen, knit. In fact, I am working on my 12th Musselburgh while watching you. 🙄😄 Stay warm and safe, Diana and Kaity! Thank you for another fun, and inspiring episode. ☺️
Another lovely episode 😊. I love watching how much you enjoy being in each other's company. That red jumper is just gorgeous and I'm in awe of all the colourwork you both do 🩷🧶
Love all of your sweaters! Kaity, your Lyon sweater is beautiful and the red looks great on you! Diana, the Holiday Slipover is lovely. When adding ribbing to a garment, I generally do not follow the pattern for the suggested number of stitches to pick up. For horizontal edges I pick up 1 stitch for every st presented and on vertical or curved edges usually pick up 3 st for every 4 rows, ensuring that each side has the same number of stitches and this method usually works. I have also successfully tried adding elastic to pull in a neckband. Thanks for another interesting podcast!
Eeek!!! 🤗 I squealed when I saw your red sweater!!! Katy…it’s stunning. I am with you, I love fancy sleeves. Just catching up - happy to see another episode just uploaded…2 episodes back to back! Love ❤️ the Eva Cardigan…will have to join you 2! 😊
Thank you ladies! Your red sweater is stunning, Kaity and thank you for the suggestion in starting the M hat. I have wanted to make that but hesitated because of what I have heard of the start. I can't believe, Diana, how you mass produce multiple color work and other sweaters. You are a machine! All so beautiful and way too inspiring. God bless you both.
What a sweet treat your podcasts are! I loved the story about the paper clip. As a retired kindergarten teacher I should have known better than to hold a stitch marker in my mouth 😳 Glad it was small. Knitting hugs 🧶❤️
Just thought I’d pass on advice My Mom gave me, Katy. On the The Sparks sweater, just focus on one section at a time, it will take care of itself. Can’t wait to see it on you two! Love all your beautiful projects!
What a joy to spend some time with you two today! In the video I can’t notice any difference in the two cuffs of that sweater, so plug away as soon as you are ready (maybe once the headband is done)!
Just found your channel today and you's are so cute together... I love how when you's are talking, you's are completing each others sentences! Great podcast!
A lovely happy podcast as usual. Love listening to you both. Kaity that red sweater is absolutely beautiful on you. Such a lovely color. BTW loved your introductory music!
The green mitts look like Springtime. Nice. Hoping I can get to the point where I can knit sweaters. Your red one is beautiful. Maybe some day for me. Y'all are so great.
You’ll absolutely love the Spark cardi once you finish. I agree some of the tables for the decreasing can seem daunting, but they really were not difficult. I had only been knitting 1 year and never finished a sweater when I did my Spark. It was all firsts- first bottom up, first color work, first steek, etc..
Don’t let the decreases put you off when I was your age we only knitted bottom up everything and it’s easy very similar to how you decrease a sock at the gusset and toes . It’s a beautiful looking top the colours are gorgeous.
Another wonderful episode. Kaity, I LOVE your Lyon sweater and the Helia sweater!! I have added those two to my very long list! I too am trying to knit down my stash this year!!!
Love the relationship the two of you have. I enjoy your knitting, but more importantly, I just love seeing you together. I’m older now (78) and fairly new to knitting so I appreciate what I learn from you two. I like to think that if my mother was here we’d have that same relationship. She did when I was 30 and she was 62 so 10:55 she’s been in heaven a long time and I still miss her. It does my heart good to see you together❤
Thank you so much for your kind words. There’s nothing like the bond between mother and daughter. So sorry for your loss. I’m sure time doesn’t make it any easier. ❤️ I hope you are enjoying your new knitting journey. ❤️❤️
SO HAPPY to see you back again. I've been looking forward to this so much. Diana, you are very good at saying 'Musselburgh'. It's the same way you should say 'Edinburgh'. Love you beautiful people XXX
So glad to see both of you once again. You treat each other so well and I really admire that. Thanks for sharing your lives and knitting with us. Cheers from Washington! ❤
I agree I love how snow days slow everything down, but after a few days I miss the rest of our family. Katie that red looks amazing on you! Yay Sabine!
Kristin Drysdale has a trick to knit 2 stitches together in the corner of the curves when you are binding off so you prevent that flair. That was for the collar, but I assume it would work the same for the arm hole.
I absolutely love the two of you! You guys are so uplifting and thank you for the mostly knitting plug for the musselburgh hat ! Now I think I can get the hat done. I was struggling with the cast on.
Happy New Year. Glad you ladies are back! Always lovely to watch your podcast. 🧶❤️ I am also trying to clear my needles of old wips from last year and look forward to using up some stash for some new projects for the Spring.
Hi ladies, great episode. You mentioned the eva sweater. I didn't find it on Ravelry who is the designer? Have a great day, looking forward to your next video🎉
I knit the stockholm vest and had the same problem. One side was fine and the other side flaired out. I picked up the correct number of stitches. I don't wear it because of that.
I live in southern ca. we lost power for 36 hours two weeks In a row. So we bought a generator. Did u have yours installed into your fuse box? That’s what we r thinking of doing.
As someone from near Musselburgh (I'm in Edinburgh and Musselburgh is a small town just outside). Your pronunciation isn't bad (and trying is much appreciated). The ending is pronounced the same way as the ending in Edinburgh, so either Mussel-buh-ruh or Mussel-bruh would be fine. The second way, in my mind, is somewhere between a bra and bruh sound. Hard to explain in writing! Just avoid Mussel-burg or Mussel-boh-row, they're guaranteed to annoy Scottish folk! 😉

Katy your red Helia is STUNNING!! ❤🎉 And your mom's blue scarf was soooo gorgeous
Love the intro! You ladies always make me smile: God bless!
Katey the Helia sweater is gorgeous! Red is your color! Diana the Barndance is going to be a stunner! I can’t wait to see it finished ❤
Another lovely episode 😊. I love watching how much you enjoy being in each other's company. That red jumper is just gorgeous and I'm in awe of all the colourwork you both do 🩷🧶
First time viewer, a fellow faith and family yarnie friend recommended your podcast. What a blessing to find you! Gorgeous projects.
Thank you ladies for keeping me company while I’ve knitted on my socks xx
It was so good to catch up with the two you again! I always love seeing what you are up to.

This was a delightful podcast. Your sleeves on the red sweater are beautiful.

Diane: your Barndance sweater is looking really good! Kaity: I love the fit and the color of your Helia Sweater ! ❤❤❤

Good to see you back. I loved the line “I wish we had an accent” made me spit my drink. Hi from New Zealand we don’t have an accent either. 😉
Beautiful knits and fun episode, as always!
The elastic thread woven inside the armholes worked good for me! Yours looks great, a perfect fit. I like the striped sweater too.
My husband walked in and saw me watching and smiling and said "are those your KY knitters?!" He knows I enjoy you so!!❤
The green mitts look like Springtime. Nice. Hoping I can get to the point where I can knit sweaters. Your red one is beautiful. Maybe some day for me. Y'all are so great.
Stunning Helia sweater. Always enjoy your podcasts. You have snow and we have a heatwave but I’m knitting a winter cardigan anyway. All the best.
Love your sweater Katie! Looks great on you.

i just love putting on your video and picking up my knitting. It's just like spending an hour knitting with friends.

Snowing in NW Florida ❄️🥶
Hey knitting friends 👋 it’s always a pleasure to knit with you, ladies 😊
One of my knitty friends and I have always said we wouldn’t go in a store and buy a $100 sweater but we would so spend $100 on yarn to knit one!! 😊
Happy Birthday Diana !!! It’s so nice to see you both again and your beautiful projects 💖😘
I agree I love how snow days slow everything down, but after a few days I miss the rest of our family. Katie that red looks amazing on you! Yay Sabine!
I love your opening music. I grew up in a family where we played bluegrass.
It is snowing here in Florida! 😮. Love seeing all your knits. Thank you for sharing your joy with us.

Just an FYI that NE_Knits does garment surgery to either make it longer or shorter. From your Canadian friend. ❤ your podcast.
I look forward to being with you both. Fun projects and beautiful yarns.
Greats visiting with you, just home from errands before the storm hits Charleston , SC - only hoping to keep power!!🙏
It was below zero when I woke up this morning, brrr. Your red sweater is amazing!!
you do have a lovely soft accent.
I absolutely love the two of you! You guys are so uplifting and thank you for the mostly knitting plug for the musselburgh hat ! Now I think I can get the hat done. I was struggling with the cast on.

I immediately went to look for the bluebird pattern. So cute! ❤
Happy belated birthday! Glad you all, are safe and warm. It's --3 degrees this day in the Midwest.
Thank you! Stay warm out there!
Hey y’all 👋🏽
Happy belated birthday Diana!
Thanks ladies 👩🌾🐑🐮
It was -13 this morning in Maine.
I knit the stockholm vest and had the same problem. One side was fine and the other side flaired out. I picked up the correct number of stitches. I don't wear it because of that.
