Point to note. We clearly don't use yards for measurement of length/distance. As a south asian county we reside in we are more inclined to use meters for a shorter distance and it's rarely we think of yards to define a distance. Aba meter nai navaye ni gaj or feet ma pani vanna sakthyo but he clearly used yards to implement the distance between the adc placement area and the venue of ongoing party. British imperial and US customary use yards for their length of measurement. He seems to regurgitate the report given to him by these foreign forces and that is truth he believes in. Just my observation.

Very convincing interview throughout but ONE MAJOR FLAW.
Last month (I guess it was last month on Jestha 19 on Reporter's Club, not sure about date) he mentioned that the King was shot in the Billiard Hall, then other royal members, but Prince Nirajan and Queen Aishwarya had not been shot yet. Then, Queen Aishwarya ran outside towards Prince Dipendra and Prince Nirajan followed them, and that was when they were shot. Prince Nirajan in front of the statue and Queen on the stairs leading to the Crown Prince Dipendra's room.
HOWEVER IN THIS PODCAST, he mentions that Crown Prince Dipendra shot the King, the Quen and other members in the Billiard Hall itself, and only then ran outside, when he was followed by Prince Nirajan, who was then shot. However, all the reports and evidences claim that Queen was shot on the stairs. How come he changes his narrative and tells the Queen was shot inside the Hall?

-bcoz the investigation was already done and concluded that Dipendra was the murderer. It is the politicians that used this situation as "propaganda" to make the people believe that the investigation did not happen properly. And to keep it as a memorial would be terrifying as well as being a HIndu and believing that it would cast bad luck, it would be immoral to keep it as a memorial so it was demolished after the investigation was completed.

-A dead royal body was not postmortem like other ordinary people and even if it did happen it would not have identified the original killer other than dipendra himself which was already concluded from the investigation.

- just because King Gyanendra had advisers does not mean they were "good and innocent " advisers. The king was surrounded by aristocrates and advisers who had their own hidden agenda and influenced the King as well.

-When Dipendra was declared King, Gyanendra was the reagent but he was not immune and the authorities was on the Royal institution untill the investigation was complete. King Gyanendra became immune only after being declared KING.
FYI, even the US presidential system is considering "immunity" in this 21st century. if you want to know why a KING "must" have immunity. The emperor (King) of Japan was guilty of attacking Pearl Harbour (U.S.), after being defeated, the US came to Japan to accept the Japanese surrendering and to arrest the KING of Japan and the people of Japan defend him and did not allow the US to take their KING as prisoner which the US "respected" and did not pursue further.
