Shipping damage sucks. Its going to get paint chips at some point but massive scratch from day 0 is heart breaking 😂. Especially as it was shipped within Europe. I had two complete oranges shipped from the UK to Japan and they managed to arrive in mint condition.

One stupid question! Was it delivered in a cardbox, or who put the frame, wrapped poorly, in this evoc bike bag? I'm no big fan of Nicolai, but I know they do their work always properly. Also, support of spare parts or " warranty actions"! I'm from Germany, Bavaria, and I know my neighbors from the easter side of our country, usually do their work as well as we, drunken Bavaria bazi's🤣‼️

Is the idler wheel chain guide just one bolt? Most use designs two (ISCG05) bolts.
