I see a lot of attention being given to the development of this aircraft. It would be nice if such videos are created for the home-grown aircrafts such as tejas Mk 1A, Sitara, HJT-40 etc. It will pursuade the builders to show something to the public thereby increasing transperancy.
HAL is useless because of SC ST Reservation cannot do this after having licenses for the production from MIgs to sukhois ... Look at Turkish Factories ..and compare with them ..

The 390 doesn’t really make sense when you can also buy the much cheaper to operate C-130 with only slightly less capacity at 20t. Furthermore, much of the need on the lighter end is to operate from short austere airfields, sometimes even from dirt strips. While the 390 can theoretically operate from them, it is going to tear up a dirt strip from the jet wash in addition to the weight of the loaded aircraft. Jets are more practical on the heavier end operating almost exclusively from airports with long paved runways. Even the C-17 can operate from dirt but it should only do so in an emergency because it will probably require repairs to the strip afterwards unless it is exceptionally hard ground. C-390 needlessly adds costs to operations without much benefit if any over the prop options.
If we start manufacturing such Aircraft in India itself,how will our Antonia Madam and Bhandari get their legitimate income?This is a case of depriving her of her usual income on which the Entire Party depends for their sustenance .
