About time Bardstown road used to be a nice place but a few places attracted the bad crowd of thugs and crime went up this is a start to get the undesirable ones out !

I used to live next to Phoenix Hill Tavern years ago and it wasn't an issue at all. how can you blame a bar for the patron's noise levels after hours? I guess the Highlands is nothing but a bunch of Karens now.
