The sound and battery life you get for the money is insane. To me it can be tuned so well cause you can totally make these bass head's heaven but on the other hand make it very audiophile friendly too.
For 41 bucks I'm very pleased with what I got, even though they don't have ANC these are my new earbuds for the gym, because the volume is mad loud, none of my other buds (LG, SoundCore, JVC, Earfun, Tozo and Philips) come even close when it comes to volume. The sound separation is quite good, and the bass is not too overpowering. The only thing I hated is the app, you have to create and account and it requested a bunch of unnecessary permissions to operate, so I downloaded to update the firmware and then deleted it.
@okite374 the engine 4 is the best sounding ear buds I've got. Bass and Highs are great, controls are different from everyone else, 12 hour battery life, and the sound is a little better than the jbl tour pro+, and those retail for $200.

My sister let me play around with the Poweramp equaliser on her phone, and there is some user settings for the SoundPEATS Engine 4s there so that's pretty neat, and helps with better detailing as well! When I got my hands in these, I felt like I was dreaming LOL They were smaller than I imagined (they looked like a toy), and thankfully, no issues yet! Okay, the fit wasn't the best when using the original eartips as the buds kept pushing out of my ear, but snapping on the Spinfit 360s M/L on them really made the difference! As for side sleeping, yeah I did expect the caveat of discomfort with that, but I think I can manage 😜 Overall, I'm glad I checked out these earbuds review channels, especially Picky Audio before making my final pick. I really like these ear buds, i just use mine for music as I work. One feature I like the most, is that they connecting to my phone as soon as I open the case. It’s simple but feels more instant. Like they are ready when I am.
That's a hell of a feature set for the price. I can't say it's not worth it, but the lack of ANC and wireless charging make it a no-go for me. I would give up the LDAC for the ANC -- particularly because without the ANC, I'd need a pretty quiet room to appreciate the LDAC in. :)
It appears that people cannot distinguish between inactive and active noise cancellation. Inactive means that the earbuds seal the ear canal, preventing noise interference. ANC operates on the basis of frequency.

Soundpeat quality control is in the toilet. The Air series is my only favorite for years. I had the wings which the left side stopped charging, the capsule 3 hs left side battery doesn't charge til 100% and dies in less than 1 hour, I recently got the life and they seem to be operating fine but not one of the better sounding budget, I got this engine 4 yesterday and they are going back to Amazon because the right ear is lower than left. Suffice to say Soundpeat a guaranteed 50/50 at best.
Was looking for this comment. Have had the air2 and 3's which both had connection issues, and over neck ear buds which had poor build quality. I've had multiple other companies ear buds and have never had these same issues.

Hi, it's been over 1 year, do you still have them? Are they working same as they were first time? Have you faced any issue with them? I have already ordered them on Aliexpress with discount price, and I am afraid of bad reviews about the quality of them on some sites
I don't see a reason why these, and all premium, earbuds don't feature transparency given that they already have microphones built in. If the Soundcore Liberty 2 upgraded version showed us anything, it's that transparency mode doesn't require any specific hardware.
That would be an instant buy for me if the mic quality was at least OK, but the mic is rubbish, so I cannot use it as my universal daily drivers... Stick with Buds FE for now.
With all due respect, I just threw them in the trash. They sound good, but I would not make a video about them. The tips irritate the ear canal, they are not loud, there is no sensor to stop music once placed in the box, there is no ANC, etc. Horrible product. 👎

If you care about sound quality, just skip the bluetooth buds altogether and get some wired buds!

I don't see a reason why these, and all premium, earbuds don't feature transparency given that they already have microphones built in. If the Soundcore Liberty 2 upgraded version showed us anything, it's that transparency mode doesn't require any specific hardware.

How to turn off these.
I placed back in the case.. 3 hours later I found out it was still active & battery dropped from 80% to 30%

No transparency is a big no
At that price, I'd much rather spend a bit more and get the SoundCore L4NC. It has ANC and a better mic, while also being smaller.
these are extremely tinny and the mic is horrible. I'll stick with pixel buds. These also don't fit well and the app is super garbage
