- So now this video is how to wear your ABUs PROPERLY. These are rules you MUST abide by in BMT. After you graduate you get more abilities to customize your uniform. But for now this is what you must know. Good luck!

Back in my day we had to iron a sharp crease in our B. D. U.s and polish our boots to a glass shine. You ladies have it nice.
That was one of the biggest achievements, getting a perfect spit shine.
Other branches do still shine their boots
I came in '03 when BDUs were still issued and we had to shine our boots. Don't miss it one bit. Never understood why we needed to polish boots for our utility uniform. Leave the polishing for the actual service dress uniform, the Blues.

Okay for AFJROTC, I had to buy my own boots. (I bought sage green boots from a military surplus store) Is it required to have a certain type of boots?
Shadow Of Intent no, some jobs may require it for them but they’ll tell you. Overall no, as long as they are in regulation

For Dress right dress there is no one aside of you. So you don't look to your right. Also when the command ready front is given you don't make any slapping noises coming down from ready front.
there are fire proof so U can look for loose thread and use a lighter to burn it off.

What does it mean to get recycled?
Tyrone Fowler youll pushed back into earlier weeks of training. So say you're in the 3rd week then you get recycled a week. You're now in the second week

He's speeding up his commands and and going off cadence ur commands should reflect the cadence even tho ur not marching its still goes with cadence and he's using to much air as well
