I wonder what your workflow looks like during clinical rotations. Do you just stick to Anki, or do you still integrate Notion and Anki? I prefer both, Notion for global overview and Anki for revision, however I noticed time is limited during clinical rotations (usually 8 am til 5 pm here) and this method takes too much time.
I use notion for storing notes that I can search/have as a reference and Anki for actually doing the studying, explained further in my video notion vs anki
Thanks heaps. This app is NOT intuitive at all. Way to complex. I tested my Deck and cards. And all testing worked out. But now all the cards are missing? Any chance anyone can help?

have you clicked the sync button? maybe that's causing your problem.
