Fourth is Gmmtv's Santa. Superstar flying under the radar for now.
Fourth's acting is already this good at 16-17, just imagine in another year or 2 after MSP how amazing he will become, he acts with his eyes and whole body so well, you almost forget that he is acting. The scene at 8:40 where he is actually watching playbacks of lessons then being disappointed after not achieving as well is so relatable for many of us I'm sure. And at 9:35 where he gets annoyed at Jim, is too, another common thing many of us likely have experienced during that age. The frustration and internal turmoil is so beautifully acted by Fourth, that I am absolutely in awe of his capabilities. I am actually very glad that GMMTV gave them actual high schooler aged roles, since they are joining such a competitive industry so early, this is probably one of the only times they'll be able to feel the joys of school and friends during their busy work schedules.

After Heart’s sorry, it was the most wholesome conversation I have seen 11:25 and when he explained why he was sorry 11:48, everything just changed. Li Ming even felt better and smiled 12:02 and when Heart understood Li Ming’s situation a little and how he wants to escape from something 12:13, he also smiled and they both were having a silent understanding and then it was bonding time, and apparently just between them 12:55, we as viewers don’t need to know 🥺
It's barely the beginning but I love their story already. Heart's parents seems to only see him as his disability. I know they love him but going easy on him like that and treating him like a child they're just hurting him in the long run. He's using his state to live in a comfortable bubble. But that's an empty life. He needs someone like Li Ming who's not gonna play his games and sees him as a person.

it's actually so damn refreshing to see them acknowledge girls existing and having crushes. Li ming isn't interested but you can see in his eyes that he knows the reason why. I love when gmm doesn't mention sexuality at all, but it is nice to see it from time to time and this show is a perfect fit for that since it is a bit more serious and adult in a way
Not Gaipa throwing Leng under the bus Infront of his wife 😂. The awkward situation between Wen and Uncle Jim when Gaipa showed up 2:41 when they looked at each other that really made me laugh he was so Nervous on how to introduce Wen to Gaipa and also Wen really wanted to be introduced and he was sad seeing uncle Jim and Gaipa. I like Heart and Li ming interactions and the little smiles even Li ming forgot his problems for a while he was disappointed for failing his exam.
Moonlight chicken was filmed before my school president but Gemini and Fourth their acting skills was so amazing and talented one of the most talented actor of GMM and they will be the next generation that very famous for sure ❤
That's very interesting. I thought Fourth looked younger here than in MSP. At that age even a few moths can make a difference. I can't tell about Gemini because he's always inside in darkness.

El tío Jim es una gran persona de un corazón enorme, ayudando a todos en lo que puede y como pueda; asumo que sus conflictos con Li Ming son por qué el sabe la situación financiera que tienen y solo desea un futuro mejor para su sobrino por eso la presión por los estudios pero por parte de Li Ming es algo que el no quiere ver.
En cuanto a las escenas de Li Ming con Hearth asumo que en esa conversación (después de que le pidiera disculpas) debió contarle un poco su situación ya que como nos muestras sus amigos puede que tengan resuelto su futuro (por ayuda financiera de los padres) y el debido a su situación es más que razonable que comprende que ellos no lo entenderían, entonces esto hace que se comienze a acercar más a Hearth; no cabe duda que está es una grandiosa mini serie y no me cansaré de recalcar lo mucho y bien que han hecho sus papeles Fourth y Gemini sin duda alguna está nueva generación es muy buena.

The set and lighting for the Moonlight Chicken Restaurant (especially from the street) are reminiscent of a stage play. The atmospherics just add to the overall effect, with the amazing theme song and soft, simple background pieces. There is a pervasive sense of longing in the characters and story line, as if they are no strangers to sadness but holding out hope for love and better days. Very engaging and well done.

What a beautiful, understated series....my second time watching it. The conversations are so natural, but full of second meanings. The camera stays on each person...and each pair, giving time for the conversation to sink in to the viewer as well. Love it!

I just wanna say how incredibly beautiful the acting was on 13:39. The way he held up the bills, and the can of beer and the flashbacks of Gaipa and Wen. Trying to figure out his feelings because I think he cares for both, and the situation with Wen, he can’t figure out if it is love or lust just yet. It was a beautiful moving scene ❤
