    I got the same issue!! I took it to Land Rover but after few days the light came back and I don’t wanna put that much money again. I’m driving with that sign but if you can refer me someone I’ll definitely fix that from there bcz I believe most of the people doesn’t know how to fix that. I’m from Philly. Looking forward to hear from you.

    Atleast dude actually checks all the wiring and not just says you need a DMTL pump

    O_S_TDMP Pin 21. Output_Switched digital_Tank Diagnostic Module PUMP is the breakdown of the abbreviation and the particular wire the DTC is referencing

    My check engine light came on..p2406 code EVAP and cinynders 12345 with misfire.. I just replaced the engine on my landrover lr2 3.2.. do you think it has to be program and pair with the new engine and computer?? Do you think the computer is not reading the new engine.. it's reading the old engine?

      I doubt it. The mechanic that replaced the engine should read service information and what needs to be done after replacing the engine. Idle learn and so

    check pin fitment at the pump. Probe before and after the connector with scope. That should let you know which wire is signal return and supply and ground. substitute a load before condemning the pump or ECM.

      But how would you activate the pump for the test to happen? Which 2 wires are going to be the ones to put the substituted load on.

    I use scope & mm to test unknown pins of the evap module then find the evap motor supply.

      How would you activate the motor? There is no command for it in the active tests section.

    i would test the module for open circuit and mabee a amp probe to check current draw on a scope will engin runing u see on the scan tool active and test changing fast and test wiring direct at the pcm for open circuit for the commande wiring and test voltage with a load bulb

      Hey Dan, how would you know which of the 4 wires are the ones to probe on for open circuit test and current draw? Scan tool does not have an active test for that component.

      @@DallasAutoDiag the fuse wire green amp clamp or the control wire .but the scanner was showing on and off very fast will the engine was running

      so one wire is 12v and test should done unplug module and 3 wire could be control and ground and signal or ref volt
      only way to see is unplug module and test module by commande wire and 12v suply for open .i am no expert on rover

    My fix. Ship it. No information no command on the scanner. Then say welp I avoided a headache

      كل السيارات متشابهه تقريبا ولكن الالمان يعقدون الامور زياده للوصول الى نفس نتيجه وصول الغير لها بطرق اقصر. ايضا تصميم بعض الامور في السيارات الالماني غبي ناتج من تقديم الجماليه على العمليه.
