Wow, at 5:25 the painting, the lady at first looks rich and content but when you bring the focus closed to her eyes she seems so miserable. It is incredible how the painter has captured the contrast of the outer to her inner world. May I ask what is this painting called and who is the painter?
These days that's what Parisian women wear the most - either sneakers or boots/ankle boots, heeled or otherwise (plus sandals in warmer weather, of course), in fact's it's become almost the exception to see women wearing other types of shoes. I'm a Parisian myself and I live in high-heeled ankle boots.
Paris is a city to be walked. Every time I go to Paris, I am amazed with the amount of walking that I am doing... So of course you wear sneakers... And comfortable ones.

Ahaha! I had ballet flats and sling backs initially, but after one day of walking my feet said “no”. So it was sneakers or staying in the hotel room🙈
