Bro this video just popped in my feed and u know I am getting triumph speed 400 bike delivery tomorrow And Again I have a reason to fall in love with the bike ♥️♥️ Tq for the video with Just the bike
with my riding gear its very comfortable till 120(ODO) 6k RPM. but after 120 its produces a high frequency buzz which gets numbing for long rides has power till 150 though.
If beginner go for 200cc that gives you confidence and make you perfect at handling your clutch moment at slow speeds. 400cc is not that bad but yeah it’s bit dangerous
Hi bro, I just recently bought the speed 400 and rode for 600 kms till now. So far so good, recently I went for a short highway ride and the small bumps in the highway, when going at a speed of 100 kmph, throws the rider from the seat. Like, the rebound damping in the rear suspension is very less (ride feels bouncy). But with a pillion, the suspension is good. (FYI, my weight is 82 KG) Can you share your experience/ feedback on this? Thanks.
personally i find the suspension soft but never bouncy i feel like your suspension is bottoming out try a harder pre load if it doesnt reslove take it to service center as its not normal
@@hyakinthos_0902 Increased the preload stiffness by 2 more steps and it is better vs the softest setup that came from the showroom. Thanks for the idea.
how do you deal with all of that wind blast?. My core muscles get strained a lot quicker when I try to sit at higher speeds for long durations on my scrambler 400X.
Does your speed 400 have that mechanical/metal clanking sound at 4000/4500+ RPM? Is it normal because mine has it from the delivery day, exactly how yours sound!
iam not exactly sure what you are mentioning but what i can say is engine does sound unhappy after 5000rpm. its like i feel like that engine grunt and clanking sound feels disconnected if that makes sense
100-130 above this bike feels buzzy and unpleasant ( dont know if they have fixed it now coz so much has changed since my friend bought this) but bike can easily go 160 for long distance this bike is pure bliss(on tarmac) seats are like sofa suspension is plush and because the speeds are at only 100-130 wind blast is a non issue when wearing a suit. if you have little more budget to spend scrambler is a better bike than this for touring suspension travel will help when roads get offroady
@@hyakinthos_0902 Thanks. I'm expecting delivery of my Speed 400 in about 2 weeks, haven't even test ridden one yet, so was curious about it's max cruising speed. 130 kph or 80 mph is fine here in the UK though and seems acceleration is good. I might try a smaller rear sprocket if the buzz is intrusive though. For the money this bike is brilliant, I have bigger bikes too but I wanted something for casual, spontaneous trips with better economy, and this seemed perfect. The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 also interested me but it is just really underpowered, 50 to 55 mph is hopeless here if riding in traffic. The speed 400 and scrambler 400 are just sold out here until October, so it's massively popular.
My daily drive is like this!.. Love my Speed 400 ❤

@@hyakinthos_0902120 comes at 6500rpm.. The bike is good to cruise albeit with some buzz at 130kmph@7000rpm..
Is it beginner friendly? For someone transitioning from scooters? (I’m 24, 5’7, 65kgs and ride safely and maturely)
Yeup initial torque might be a little suprise but you should get used to it quickly
One of the best handling in this segment , best suspension for Indian roads, fairly light and is quick

@@hyakinthos_0902 I haven't bought a proper riding gear yet. From your experience, having geared up won't hurt. Thanks for your response!.
