When a singer like Youngeun can change her tone to fit different genres of music, it means that she's a versatile singer. Based on what she have shown on being a Kep1er, she can definitely do a higher note than what she did in MVSK. Vocal coaches tend to challenge singers with a wide range of notes to identify their limits. It is not a fake voice. She just change her voice placement to fit the song.

To this day I’m blown away by the fact that she demo’d like that, what a powerhouse
And then to follow it with My House which has a completely different vibe yet she still NAILED??? Insane, she’s so good. It really shows off the vocals, which we missed out on in Kick It so we could get the rap and dance. And then U+Me??? Yet another 180 of a concept for her and she BODIED!! This show did a good job of showcasing her versatility
and now her voice in kep1er has changed so much, idk what the composer has told her to do

@@ugauaauag4486 the thing i hate in kpop is they always want to apply that nasal technique on every idol, i remember kriesha chu and many other idols who are forced to use nasal technique. It's not that sounds great
I guess it's because Youngeun has to match her voice with Chaehyun, because she is the center. I miss her real voice tho.
Funny thing is I liked her voice since Hylt but never really paid attention to her and only kept eyes to the original centers and Yurina.
Then I kept hearing of how great her Kick it performance was so I looked it up. Found out she was the same girl from Hylt and found her "My House" performance and now she is my bias. Found out I was bi cause of her too.

Because she got kicked out by the group. The main vocal for snake was between suruiqi and youngeun. But later, the planet master asked to switch main vocal from su rui qi to fu ya ning.

@@glitz18 At first, snake has two team with two main vocals (youngeun and suruiqi) and then because two main vocals weren't eliminated, the snake group held voting, who will be the main vocal, and then suruiqi was chosen, so youngeun should join another team.
