From what I learned in the USA battery degradation is a big factor. I was at 100% drove it maybe 5 mins to breakfast and back and it had gone to 85% Mine was a 2023 with 86k miles on
Top tip, the orange light at the start on of the video on the display probably meant you had low air in at least one of your tyres. Have them inflated correctly would improve battery range.
