Drink every waking minute for 40 years up until a recent hospital visit for something unrelated to alcohol.
My health and bloods come back fine from decades of abuse and surprisingly people in recovery blood comes back fine.
Only problem with my bloods was low levels of vitamins and minerals

I was sober for about seven and a half years up until June 1991 and then both my parents died within 10 days of each other and I started drinking again.
Within a short period of time I lost everything that I had worked for and my life became one idea of guilt and suicide after another.
Only by the grace of God did I get sober again.
Since November 5th 1992, God has again kept me sober one day at a time .
Never forget, the door to sobriety swings open on the hinges of gratitude.
