My boys only seem to like willow balls and the treat ball. They also don’t mind toilet paper rolls with hay inside and they chew a lot on there wooden hides
Willow tunnels are a favorite around here. Most pigs will chew them to the point where they’re no longer much of a tunnel 😂. Oxbow makes some chew toys that are a combo of cardboard and maybe wood or compressed hay and those seem to be a favorite as well. Looking forward to seeing what everyone else’s pigs like!
Guinea pigs actually like corn cobs and the husk from a farm once a year. We usually give it to them after a hayride in October as a special treat
Those wick balls can be dangerous, they can get tangled up in them. Make sure that they are always supervised when those balls are in the cage.
They surely are but they are great for Ur piggies as a toy and even better w some treats inside! :}

my pigs prefer actually eating rather than just chewing. xD a fresh pile of hay is #1 on their lists!
My girls, I have 3, are not very interested in toys. They are however very excited about the foraging toy were they have to move the pieces or lift up the hatches to get the treats. One of my girls loves her plastic christmas ball that i put foraging treats in, she will play with it and throw it around all day long. When it gets low and doesn't produce the treats easily she throws it against the side of the cage to let me know it needs filling. They really are smart critters.
I love the timothy hay lollipops that has a timothy pop but a wooden stick as the lollipop stick part
My 3 boys love alfalfa or Timothy cubes, celebration cupcake toy, and are very happy when I stuff a toilet paper tube with botanical hay or another special hay treat with some dried strawberries mixed in, then I fold the ends.
Our girls love the crunchy condos from Guinea Dad and big Seagrass balls we get from Chewy (when they aren't sold out). They always have timothy hay and meadow/grass hay available. Mine are meh about sticks. We've tried organic apple sticks. They do like timothy hay sticks from the Pig Room.
Mine love fir cones which you can get in autumn virtually anywhere where there are trees and squirrels. Just make sure to rinse them under water first.
My guinea pigs love the willow tunnels, and timothy tunnels, but they don't like apple wood sticks. They love timothy dumbells or anything thats made with Timothy hay.
They love the wicker type balls, But with how quick they go through them sometimes it's hard to upkeep on cost for that reason. I prefer stuffing a paper bag with hay and forage. or stuff toilet paper rolls with hay.
I love getting wood hideys or hay hideys for them to chew on. My piggies rarely ever chewed the snackshack because it was always stuffed with hay. I have since switched to hay piles and hay bags for a change of pace.
My piggies love the balls and the Timothy hay dumbbells. They love chewing on their snack shack, they each have a small tunnel made out of the same material as the snack shack they chew on that as well. They have been chewing on their ramps too. 😮😅🐹🐹

the snak shak is so rough ... they're like rough grade sandpaper and I'd rather my piggies not prop up their feet on it or walk through it, so got rid of that one.
Kaytee makes some hay squares that are big and VERY hard that it takes weeks to gnaw one down. The hay they're made of is timothy and alfalfa but since one block lasts so long they're not getting much alfalfa. These blocks end up on the other side of the cage but I've yet to see a piggy carry one lol. What a sight that must be! and I do find little piles of gnawed hay dust so I don't know how much they're actually eating vs gnawing
My piggies love any sea grass chew toy or Timothy twist type toys.
The carrot and hay house is brilliant! Hay and dried carrot over cardboard. Ours always enjoyed!

My guinea pigs like wicker balls, but in general, they seem to prefer to eat their houses over their toys.
My piggies love apple sticks from Farmer Dave's Pet supply. They chew on the cardboard boxes I use for their houses and paper towel tubes. I haven't had much success with other chew toys.
My boars love wood. (Not blocks!) the big bend a bridge wood its quite durable,wicker balls yes but my boars rip the wicker fast
My previous guinea pig Heisenberg loved that hexagon roll thing with the wood ball inside the bars, it clanks around as he chewed on it. he enjoyed the large stick balls too and would demolish them in a few hours so that was a christmas gift.
:( cant find the snak shak for actual sale on amazon. its there but you cant purchase it. alas.
They sell out quickly, but I believe you can get notified when they restock. I waited 6+ months before finally finding the large size snak shak. I ended up having to go through a different Amazon store to get it, but my piggies needed something sturdier for hay.
Word of caution: My younger, more skittish pig got stuck in one end of the snak shak one time because it still had some hay in the bottom and he got startled. I had to lift the other end and gently dislodge him using gravity so I didn't cause him to wedge in further. Gave me a heart attack.

my girls were given little brown pine cones for Xmas. They are interested in chewing them but I didn't know if they're safe. They're specified to be for guinea pigs, but I know you can't always trust that. My daughter also got them what is actually a hanging ferret tunnel even tho it shows a guinea pig picture on the package (rolling eyes)

i think the only guinea pig toys i can buy for mine are chew ones they chew on everything they love chewing they chew on my closet the cage the hay my finger on everything idk why they love it so much they get angry when i dont give them chew toys
What are safe types of wood for guinea pigs?
Normal sticks that you find in countryside are good.
The stick tunnels or wooden houses are safe and tunnels that you can fill with hay are safe AND fun. Alot of these things are a gimmick. Mine used to like the wicker balls. There's Nate 😂

I purchased the colored wood sticks, but my Piggies didn't even care for them.
Chewing on houses seems the most preferred chew toy. I have tried most of what you have presented, good and bad. I had to keep away some of my piggies chew toy being material.
