In my Opinion JB has the best Les Paul tone for me.Also with such knowledge of Amps and there specific sound he and The Reverend WiLLY Gibbons are masters of there tonal Sound that gives them such a signature in there Beautiful playing and Touch.God Bless Billy Gibbons may you Live forever and then some.😎

I rarely comment on TH-cam. But .. there is no new BB King . There will never be anyone to replace him . His voice , the way he chose notes and the way he brought the house down. But most importantly he had humility .

I think this is my favorite JB track the band is sooooo tight - Reese brings back memories of Jimmy Smith - that horn section and.the backup singers - all.tremendous not.to mention Joe wringing out that guitar

Because when Anton Fig is available, you hire him. Anton did recordings and occasional live gigs with Joe for a long time. Once Letterman retired is freed Anton up to play for Joe full time. Add Michael Rhodes on bass and you have an insane rhythm section.

I've got a really important comment here.......... some guitars look really cool, but, what Joe is using here looks stupid.
Who cares what a guitar looks like, if it sounds like that..?
he is giving tribute to the three kings- bb, albert and freddy- when he sings one of their songs he use one of their original guitars- if you notice the v guitar has albert"s name on the fret- joe is the actual owner of the guitars because he is an avid collector of vintage guitars
