I absolutely LOVE THIS art I think my favorites are Grian getting shot (0:50), Cleo burning the fort (1:14), and Grian summoning the wither (2:15)…but I don’t think there’s a single bad visual in this…it seriously looks like a storyboard for a movie montage

i cant believe this is tour first aimatic its so clean and well put together! one of the few last life/third life animatics for me where i can recognise everything with the first watch (apart from the order of things at the start no clue what that is lol). also nice watcher reference at the end ;)

This is an impressive first animatic, and I’m excited to see what you do from here! If you want something to look out for, it would be some design stuff. I get the vibe from this piece at least that you’re the type of artist that’s good at drawing male characters. There’s nothing wrong with that. However, I do feel it would help to better understand the differences of general shape and structure between genders within your own style, that way you can hold more control over your designs, and put more intention behind every design. Nonetheless, great job!
Thank you for that, my style has been developed pretty much entirely by drawing MCYTs, and as a result I’m far more practiced at drawing men than women - that’s something I’m working on. I appreciate the comment!

I realize I'm almost a year and a half late to comment this but this is REALLY good. I can't really say anything that hasn't already been said but the animation (especially this being your first one) is stellar and I like a lot of the depictions. Like Scar just having all his magical stuff represent his lives, people's eye color, or something else. Also 0:55, 3:10-3:18, and 2:36 are all visually haunting and pleasing scenes. Grian falling with an arrow in his stomach is something I did not know I needed animated but here we are. Everything is cool, thank you for doing this, I hope you make another one for another life series, and goodbye.

I love how your art style is pretty unique in the MCYT art community, don’t get me wrong everyone’s art is incredible, but you tend to see more anime/cartoon inspired styles rather than a more realistic approach! The variation in face/body shapes was also very cool to see, and the animatic flowed very well! And it’s fully colored and shaded too, so awesome :D This definitely needs more views than it has, hopefully TH-cam will pick it up more! Keep up the good work! (Also, I tried figuring out the order for the beginning but I just can’t lol. If nobody gets it soon will you say what the order is?)
The way you tie the lyrics in with events... absolutely brilliant. I bet you were *thrilled* working out the second verse; every lyric works so well for Cleo's descent. I also *love* the panel of Mumbo blowing up the circle, and the Time Bomb Clock contrast between Bdubs and Scott... excellent.

I really like Joel's design in this. The crown and the beard really tie the character all together. And I appreciate how the "I speak in riddles" line was reserved to Scar twice. Oh, and at the ending scenes, the white out of them was nice! And the actual ending was excellent, with Scott cracking open an eye to peak at the watcher eyes around him. After i watched this animatic for the first time, i immediately looked up this song and added it to my playlist. It's still on there, and every time it comes on i smile and the frame of Pearl from 3:00 to 3:04 pops into my head. Phenomenal animation.
The Animatic Explained: 0:02 - 0:18: All players being shown, along with lives 0:24: Bdubs becomes the boogeyman, and panics, killing Grian as a spooky music disc is played 0:35 Scar tries pushing Joel into lava, then tells Joel he is the boogeyman, and Joel responds with "Me too" and they make their own plans. 0:43: Joel was killed by Mumbo, then Scar, being Joel's ally, killed Mumbo with lava, while Joel had shame in the background. Scar was cured from the boogey curse. 0:46: Joel killed Scott, so Pearl killed him out of rage, leaving him on red 0:51: Joel shot an arrow at Grian at the ghast farm, knocking him off the edge, and leaving Grian on red with Joel. 0:58: Joel had a trap ready at Scott's house, then Cleo sets off the trap, leaving her on red, leading to the first 3 reds on the server. 1:06: The southern landers were doing the Circle of Trust, and Martyn gave his life to Jimmy, then Jimmy runs away with it, Martyn tricks Jimmy into giving it back, Jimmy then getting exiled. 1:14: Cleo burns down the Fairy Forest out of rage, for several episodes back, BigB boogey killed her. 1:29: Scar gets the Enchanter back from Team BEST, then starts selling his lives, 2 of them being forced to Grian and Joel. Everyone is astounded because there were 2 boogeys... just wait... 1:55: Bdubs was the boogey too, and went from red, to yellow thanks to Tango. He then turns around and boogey kills Tango, Tango then being in a rage (The episode was *HILARIOUS*) 2:15: Impulse collected 2 wither skulls from people, then got the last one himself. He gives them all to several people, then next episode retrieves them, and gives them to Grian. He spawns a wither. 2:30: Bdubs is plotting. Etho gave him a challenge, that he would give him a life if he killed a red player. He kills Lizzy, but 10 seconds later, he finds himself dead at the hands (or arrow) of Grian. 2:38: All remaining Greens and Yellows are down in a mine. Etho is sad because of Bdubs' death. Ren, being a good friend, comforts him. 2:46: (This one is interesting) Scott becomes boogey onces more, then he tells his teammates, puts down all his weapons, and goes from yellow to red, because he felt guilty about killing Impulse the last time he was boogey. 2:53: (Final Episode!) Pearl leads Ren, Etho, and Martyn down into an underground dance floor. She pulls a lever and TNT falls down, killing Ren and putting him on red. But Pearl eventually finds *herself* on red. 3:07: Yellows vs reds. The reds kill the yellows. Grian and Joel find themselves cornered by the other reds, due to their shenanigans. They are eliminated. 3:19: Final Battle! It is Scott's Deadly Bow Spam vs Rendog. The winner is... the Zombie? Yeah, it killed Ren. 3:38: Watcher reference, go look at InTheLittleWoods shadow lore video. I don't expect likes, I just expect that I help people. I love the smaller details like when scar shows what he has in his cape. In his cape he had 3 dark green posion, 1 light green, 1 yellow and 1 red potion. These potions represents his lifes. And a secound later all exept 1 is derstroyed the red one

I love the smaller details like when scar shows what he has in his cape. In his cape he had 3 dark green posion, 1 light green, 1 yellow and 1 red potion. These potions represents his lifes. And a secound later all exept 1 is derstroyed the red one
