I've been monkeying around with FS22 quite a bit and have learned two things I didn't know within the first 10 minutes of this vid. That the tractors and equipment begin to require more maintenance after many hours. I wondered what significance the stuff being in the red had other than depreciation. Also that you can run fertilizer and lime at the same time. And if you aren't using the collectible items and the gens makes that makes it more interesting. It's tempting to collect the 1.1M $ for the full set and to gen farm.
The fertilizer and lime machine failed miserably due to my timing but it was pretty hilarious. Will need to go collectible hunting one of these days, have found a handful but never done a dedicated search!
In my game we got 2 really good large tractors used. They already got 50 plus hours on them and the maintenance does add up. Easily spending more than they are worth but we can’t quite justify replacing them yet.
Yep doesn't grow but can be harvested during those months. When I talked about it in the video it was about it growing more slowly before November for whatever reason, I couldn't harvest it till the following year. I think lack of fertilizer
I find it strange that tractor(s) in game require so much maintenance. I actually own a tractor and have just reached 1000hrs of run time, to which I've had to change the oil twice and hydraulic fluid once...other than that, nothing!

I feel you on that, I see the repair cost each time and wanna replace but then push it off another year
Deere or Case are the way to go!
They make some great machines! I gotta use more of em on the farm
I'm not 100% sure but I believe the grass dosent grow during winter months so from November to February.

@@MisterTaters If you turn seasonal growth to "No" all crops will grow in any month. Seasonal growth is in settings.

In-game it's anything more than like 50 work hours or so should be replaced. Which is ridiculous compared to your real life 1000s of hours!
:)
First 😊
That's my dude
