‘Irish State Complicity in Israel’s Genocide’ with The Ditch and UpLift

On Wednesday 20th November we hosted a public discussion with some of Ireland’s leading investigative journalists and human rights campaigners to talk about the role of the Irish state in Israel’s genocidal assault on Gaza - and what can be done to ensure Irish complicity is ended.

Our guests discussed the ongoing use of Irish airspace and airports to transport weaponry and other items of war to the Israeli military, the thriving export economy of ‘dual-use’ items from Ireland to Israel, the Irish government’s words versus inaction, the virtual silence of our mainstream media, and what we can do to end complicity and ensure Ireland lives up to its legal and moral obligations not to assist genocide or apartheid.
